I've been going to UltraTune Balcatta for almost 3 years' already, and they never disappoint. Whether it was on routine service or major/minor repairs, they always have high customer service.

I was sceptical to book here when I heard they changed management (as Steve had left already), however, Chad and his team went beyond my expectations, and was very helpful with the recent major repair I had done with my i30.

He had the correct diagnosis, and recommended the best option of repair, and also keeping me up to date with any progress throughout the day.

10/10 if you're looking for a trusted mechanic, look no further.

With little notice Manager Chad willingly fitted our vehicle in for

I recently visited Ultra Tune Balcatta when my fuel pump failed . A fantastic experience. The pricing was reasonable, the service was quick, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I appreciate their efficiency and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a five-star service!

They are very helpful and friendly and supportive. I really needed urgent support for my car inspection and with 10-15 minutes, it was done. Surprisingly. They fixed my car for free. Which could have costed me $200. They are legend 🙌

All it took was one phone call to receive the best and most immediate service and support from a number of delightful young men!

What an experience from start to finish. Was looking at purchasing my mother an Audi Q2. As a referral from a friend suggested I take the vehicle to Ultra-tune for a pre-purchase inspection. Now this was the second inspection I had done as I went to Audi first and found they didn’t even road test the vehicle as part of their inspection. So after losing confidence and $600 I spoke with the team at Ultra-tune Balcatta.

Audi said this car was perfect and should buy it. Ultra-tune found a list of warranty items that Audi could have fixed for free but didn’t bother. They gave me a detailed report and advised it was a good car but needed some work. So 12 months on they have now completed the annual service and my mum is stoked. Simples.

You can’t put a price on great service. But just because Ultra-tune are bloody competitive doesn’t mean their end product is cheap. Look no further family owned and run business.

I had a flat battery the day before my service was booked in and it wouldn't jump start, so I couldn't get my car there and I'm around the corner. The guys working and Ryan were so helpful and came to jump-start my car to get it down the road to have it serviced in the workshop.
They were so helpful and polite to someone who knows nothing about cars lol.

120K km logbook service. Brendan (Mgr) was extremely friendly & helpful. As we are from interstate they attended to our vehicle immediately upon arrival & had the service completed in under 2hrs.😀😀 The workmanship was excellent.
