Auto Masters Willetton

Have used Auto Masters Willeton for 5+ years now with 2 different vehicles. They are a very friendly, accommodating and honest team. I've never felt that the price quoted was too high. I've even had an experience where I was told by another workshop that all 4 brakes needed doing and was expecting a high bill. Rodney and his team rang me and explained that only half of the work actually needs doing. The team also just kindly assisted with updating service history on my car follwing a lost booklet. Would 100% recommend this workshop.

I have to say these Mechanics go beyond what is Service. They found a dangerous fault with my car that wasn’t part of a repair brief. My BMW 650 is a different car to drive now. They are far the Best I encountered over years

Awesome service. Attention to detail and they advise of every cost BEFORE carrying out any repairs. Car is always returned nice and clean. Staff are super knowledgeable and friendly! A great business to deal with.

Went to Rodney first thing in the morning with a serious issue with the car. Even though he was booked out all day, he managed to fit me in immediately, find the issue, even though the car wouldn't replicate it when test driven, then gave me a safe temporary fix so I could actually get home to Dunsborough (3hrs away) and to my mechanic there.

Been going here with our two cars for 5-6 years, and it’s always a first class job from Rodney, Chloe, and team. There’s been several times when I’ve needed “big jobs” done outside of general servicing, and these have been done to the highest standard.

Had Q7 serviced first time outside company dealership as was getting sick of distance to dealership and very high costs. Felt better as received Excellent service. Its gives a big relief that our concerns are taken on board and are available when needed.

Great service. After break down with my car on my way to work I bring my car to them. Once the job done I had to let my car to them because I didn't have transport to pick it up and they took care of it by bringing back the car inside the garage with all my Paintings tools on it.

Very polite and and kept me informed every step of the way. It was my first time using Automasters and I can honestly say it was the first time getting into my car, after it had been serviced, and it actually felt healthier and more efficient. They have now become my regular mechanic
