I took my car in to have the air con degassed. They found out my radiator was leaking badly and needed to be replaced. They sent me a video of the problem explaining the problem and showed me in the video. Also giving me a quote. I've never had this happen with any other place and feel it was great getting the video to prove what they had found. They r a kind, friendly bunch and I highly recommend going here. I certainly will be going back.

I had a service and a brake part replaced at Automasters Balcatta over 2 years ago, and I recently thought the same issue had happened again with my brakes. Despite being out of warranty, they agreed to look at the car for me. They checked over everything to do with the brakes and found there was nothing wrong with the parts, and even replaced the brake fluid for me. They did all this out of goodwill and it was incredibly appreciated so I could have peace of mind with my brakes. They were lovely to deal with. Highly recommend.

Took car in today to have a noise in front end checked, after two mechanics fully investigated nothing found and everything given the okay. They even had someone come and pick me up to go and collect my car and all at no cost. Definitely give these guys a thumbs up 👍

Had the most amazing experience with the whole team, my car broke down infront of the shop and without me asking the team came out to come and help jump start my car to get it off the road, cannot recommend this auto masters anymore, ever so thankful for there help.

Fantastic service from Victor and the team at Automasters Balcatta. The issues with my car were thoroughly and patiently explained to me with great detail via their new video system, I’m very much a fan. Have been using this Automasters for the last few years and will happily continue to do so.

Great service and price.
They sent me a walk around video showing me what was done and explaining the condition of everything which was pretty cool and had never seen a place do that before.

Kevin and Victor at Balcatta Auto Masters are outstanding.
My Holden Cruze had a coolant leak near this service centre. I pulled into the repair shop they fixed it the same day.

3 Weeks later a similar problem occured, but not the same, they repaired it under warranty and provided a drive car. I could not recommend them more highly.

I took my car there this morning, I picked it in the afternoon.
My car is as good as new,I love it.

I left my car for general service and they done a good job and on time as the promised.

They are the best, especially Kevin.
He called me to let me know what needed to be done, if there was anything extra that needed attention and how much this would all cost. When I put picked up my car the next morning, he showed me the worn part and explained exactly what would happen if it wasn't replaced. He also went through the checklist and explained in detail all that they had done and even told me what may be needed at the next service. Excellent customer service.

Highly recommend Kevin and the team here. They were fantastic, reasonably priced. Booked for service, brake pads and radiator replacement and they actually called to say brakes didn't need doing. Very Very Happy. Will definitely be back.

Had an excellent experience having my vehicle serviced here. I gave a brief description of the work I needed done when I dropped the car off. Got a call with a quote for the work, very well priced, got my car back the same day.
