Medical One - Frankston

I’ve been coming here for a long time and only ever experienced kindness and compassion. The reception ladies have always greeted me with a friendly smile and each doctor has taken the time to listen to my concerns. I’ve felt heard and understood without being told to just take medication. My kids also come here and they enjoy feeling safe and they what they are is taken seriously (even when they go off topic). Thank you medical one Frankston staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Marat Grosman for over 30 years. The staff at Medical One, Frankston have ALWAYS been incredibly helpful, understanding and empathetic. They go above and beyond. I've seen many new faces over the years, all just as kind as the ones before them.

We visited Medical One Frankston and saw Dr Saha. The appointment was for my daughter who is 11. She was very happy with the Dr as he was kind and gentle and explained to her exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. This made her feel very comfortable.

The ladies at reception were also very helpful and a breath of fresh air. Over all we had a great experience and will be happy to visit this practice again.

Had a pretty nasty accident requiring 5 stitches in the back of my hand. The reception staff were great and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and seen to quite quickly. The doctor and nurse were also very caring and made me feel I was in good hands. Cant thank everyone enough. Great to see a medical centre with such caring staff.

Excellent experience when using Medical One Frankston to get my travel vaccinations. The reception staff were wonderful and managed to get me in at short notice. All costs were explained beforehand and the nurses who administered the shots did a great job. Excellent service all round.

The girls at the receptionist were approachable and very friendly on the phone and face to face. Dr Saha was very informative and understanding of personal situation for which we were grateful for. I cannot find fault with any of my interaction
with staff here.

I was directed to Medical One as an accredited provider of the Yellow Fever vaccine. From the moment I walked in the door, I received a warm welcome from Wendy, saw Dr Saha in a flash with all the necessary information and within minutes was seeing nurse Nicole for the paperwork and nurse Shegarfa for the jab. Absolutely painless procedure all round from great staff.

I have been attending medical one for 3 months every second day for dressings. I can’t thank the reception staff, nurses and Drs enough for the kindness, care and professionalism. I highly recommend the clinic. I won’t go anywhere else and after years of trying to find the best medical clinic , I am happy to say I have.

The reception staff are always so lovely and accommodating, especially in an emergency. Also, Dr Saha was attentive and capable, ensuring I was cared for and providing me with everything I needed to get back to full health. Would highly recommend this clinic!

I no longer live in the area, but happily travelled 45 minutes to see Doctor Gunesekera. His extensive knowledge, care, and thorough consultation is greatly appreciated. My family have been seeing him for over 30 years!

I’ve been coming to this clinic for several years now. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. Most of the doctors are genuine and caring. Having a pathology clinic on-site is a plus too.

The staff were friendly and attentive when we had our appointment. I've sometimes needed urgent appointments and the folks at Medical One - Frankston are often available.

I'd recommend Dr Marat Grosman as a GP for anyone who needs a regular doctor. From how I saw him do things I got the impression he cares about his patients and cares about doing quality work.

Dr Saha was really good to me very kind, understanding good service and my illness was gone within a week. Highly recommended.

Fantastic receptionists at the Frankston Medical One so polite and they try hard to get you an appointment to your doctor..Great SMS on your phone as when you have booked your appointment plus reminders the day before and on the day
Wonderful doctor Mrin Nayagam is very thorough in their medical knowledge..They don't take chances they get you to have blood tests etc so they can fix or cure the problem ..

Thank you to Frankston Medical One, and Dr Saha in particular for seeing me on short notice, and being so thorough. All the reception staff are professional, and friendly. Will definitely be making this clinic my regular one.

Super helpful receptionists and doctors have been great with both of my young children.
