ACTIVE ONE Health Professional Group

As a GP, I have referred many of my patients to the team at Active One over the last decade. Whether it be for an OT driver assessment or for Exercise Physiology services, the feedback I get is invariable positive, especially when it comes to professionalism, knowledge, communication and friendliness. I would highly recommend their services.

After having by pass surgery in 2010 I was introduced to Active One to do my rehabilitation. Thirteen years on I continue to attend classes twice a week. It is a group class doing a circuit with numerous exercises using a variety of equipment. Exercise classes are never the same and are continuously varied to ensure all parts of the body are tested.
The team over the years has changed but the Exercise Physiologists employed by Active One have always been of the highest standard. They know everyone's issues and attend to them accordingly. I cannot recommend this more highly for anyone who has some health issues and needs a bit of encouragement to exercise. Finally not only have I improved my fitness but I have made many friends along the way.

Active One is a wonderful way to keep fit and healthy

Highly recommended. The group exercise classes with the Exercise Physiologists are heaps of fun and everyone at the clinic is always friendly and professional. I’ve been a client for about six years, mostly for the classes, and won’t go anywhere else for anything that I can get it at Active One.

Was a regular client of the team at Active One over a couple of years. Always found the whole team to be friendly and focussed on positive outcomes for all clients. From the Reception staff to the practitioners - I always had a really positive experience at every touch point. Highly recommend the Group and Small Group Training classes. They are tailored to your ability and focussed on your desired outcomes.

My husband & I have been attending Trent’s classes for around 2 years now and so thankful he was recommended to us. He is very professional and very encouraging. So happy and grateful so all the staff at Active One who have been so helpful in getting me on track with my health. Willing to meet me where I’m at and personalise plans because one size fits all just doesn’t work. I’m in a fat body and a big advocate of health at ever size practices and although they aren’t HAES listed I’ve found everyone’s approach as gentle dietetics and care. Barb, Lisa and Scarlett are all gems and so experienced in their fields.

Miracle workers - I had constant pain in my hamstring and back due to years of sport and neglect. Patrick was able to get my strength back under me and I'm now moving around pain free so I can return to the things I love doing. Couldn't be happier - Professional, Knowledgeable and FUN!!!!

Hi There, I spent approx 18 months x 3 times a week with Trent as our PT in a 3 on 1 session. He helped rebuild a broken footy body and prepare for endurance sports of Marathon Running & Long Course Triathlon. Trent is both a motivator but also highly knowledgeable in biomechanics & getting the body working correctly for sustainable exercise.
I wouldn’t have achieved 10 Marathons & an Ironman without Trent. He’s more than 5 Stars.
