Went looking for a specific item. Both staff went above and beyond to help me source the product I was after. Went as far as calling other stores in the area- so helpful! They also had great knowledge of certain drinks and could make recommendations. Worth visiting in store.

I came in the other day looking for something new to try.
I was greeted by a pretty girl with tattoos by the named of Nelz, she was very friendly and welcoming.
I wanted to have something refreshing and she suggested I try the absolut vodka with lemonade and some fresh lime. She was very confident I would love it and I did!!!
Nelz's product knowledge was impeccable and her customer service A++++
I will definitely be coming back in to the store ☺

Just went down to grab some alcoholic ginger beer, and the ladies were absolutely wonderful, to help me carry my drinks, because I had my son in my arms, massive thumbs up. Also the friendly demeanor from both of you ladies, will have me coming back just to see both your smiling faces, thanks again.

Couldn't get what I wanted at Langwarrin on the Click and Collect so tried Karingal and they had Coopers Stout. Also got the Pale Ale and my cat liked the empty box. Very happy as it was for bonus points. The customer service was also excellent and very friendly.
