St Augustines Medical Now under new management

I feel compelled to write this review in support for the St Augustine Family Medical Centre.

My wife & l have both been receiving the ongoing medical guidance we needed for last 2 years. We were looking for a long term doctor we could settle with & stop moving around with clinic's, because of convenience & we have definitely made the right decision.

We both have adjusted our lifestyles, including dietary intake as recommended by the doctor via a care plan tailored to suit us.

It's been a slow process over the last 2 years to change our ways, but one we both needed to take for current & future health.

We have always found the doctor friendly, warm & welcoming upon entry for every consultation.
We feel he is genuinely focused & attentive to our needs throughout all our consultations.
The doctor goes above and beyond to help you achieve the best way or solutions forward to achieve your health goals. Also, he is prepared to advise or make the appropriate arrangements to help keep medication costs to a bear minimum, of which is greatly appreciated.

Also the clinical staff at St Augustine Family Medical Centre all deserve recognition for the high level of service & the way they treat their patients, us included.

Overall we are extremely satisfied with the doctor & clinic at St Augustine Family Medical Centre.

I always have a grand old time with Dr Andraos, except when he asks me why I haven’t gone for a blood test that he tells me to do every time I go in there haha. He’s a really good doctor though, we always have a laugh, super thorough. He discovered that I’d been misdiagnosed with an illness from a prev doctor years ago. He’ll get to the bottom of an issue to make sure the treatment he gives is absolutely the right one always aims to help his patients lead a healthy lifestyle. 10/10 would recommend.

Saw a Dr Andraos who was a refreshing change from the previous dr's I have seen. He was very thorough, took a comprehensive report regarding my health and I felt he was genuinely concerned about me as a patient.

Can’t Fault! The who family has attend here for quite some time. Dr Andraos is thorough and professional and has helped both achieve and resolve all health issues we have presented with. Kind and gentle with our young daughter also. Five stars.

St Augustine Family Medical Centre, is a breath of fresh air. I find Dr Andraos to be thorough, friendly and approachable.
From the first my first visit I have been treated extremely well and provided the best service, care and respect. The point of difference for me is St Augustine Family Medical Centre don't just rush your appoint through, Dr Andraos takes the time to listen and provide the best resolution.
I would recommend anyone to come to the clinic.

Dr Andraos has been our family GP since moving to the area 18 months ago. His personal dedication and care for us is fantastic. Coming from a rural area we struggled to find GP's who would commit to the area, let alone families in the area so coming to Langwarrin and having someone work so well with our health is very refreshing.

I highly recommend this Family Medical Centre based on its professionalism & high standards of medical services.

As a community service this medical centre Bulk Bills & your waiting time is not long.

The doctors and staff are simply brilliant. Nothing is ever to difficult for the team at St Augustine Medical clinic, highly recommended. Good old fashion service where the Doctor and staff care.

St Augustines staff have always been friendly and helpful and Doctor Sherif Andraos is always professional and kind whenever I come in to see him. He connects easily, gives great advice and is always happy to fit me in last minute. A great addition to Langwarrin for all locals.

At last a doctor (Dr Andraos) who is knowledgeable and helpful, genuinely cares, listens and doesn't mind if you ask questions,, and doesn't rush you. Also great staff and additional services on site.
