Lovisa

Lovisa has wonderful offers every time when I visit! They have beautiful collections of earrings and jewellery for women. This is one of my places to buy jewellery!

I just came out from Lovisa, in Burnside village and I am so happy with my experience with the staff . I was after one particular earing set and other jewelleries for my friend's traditional wedding.
Pinor ( I think she is the store manager here), helped me alot to find what I needed and more than anything she was lovely to talk. She wasn't pushing me to buy anything like other shops, instead just helped me to pick up what exactly needed. Then, helped me regarding the Lovisa's return policy.

My sister and I had our ears pierced at Lovisa Burnside Village yesterday. We were so impressed with the whole process. The lovely lady who did the piercing (we think it was the store's manager) was incredibly patient and professional. Thanks for a great experience!

Took my daughter here to get her 2nds done today Lara was awesome with the whole process, Awesome customer service (something very rare to find these days) we will be back to get my daughters nose done soon. 😎

Went here to get my ears re-pierced and the staff member (Laila) was super helpful, friendly and did a great job!

Just love it here. I love my being and the range is extensive. You can pick up great bargains.

Always great selection and prices

Great service, lovely and welcoming staff, but there was only one person working at probably one of the busiest times for the store and I just think she deserved an extra person helping out given the amount of people who were waiting to be served. Staff need support!!

Standard Lovisa. DO NOT GET THEIR PIERCINGS. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL. Good for cheap jewellery, most of it breaks after a few wears though

Today I went to Lovisa and bought $35 worth of jewellery for my friends birthday. About 10m after I purchased them, my friend said she didn’t want any jewellery so I went to go take them back. Keep in mind, they were unopened and unused, in perfect condition, and I had the receipt. I return to the store and said I wish to return the earrings but they rudely declined because of “hygiene purposes”. Also, this was the exact same employee that I bought these earrings from too. So next time you go to Lovisa, please make sure you 100% want something before you buy it, otherwise your money will be wasted on something you will never use.

Today (11/3/23) around 4.40PM, I quickly asked my daughter to grab me 2 pairs of earrings for my last minute gift for 2 birthday girls. But when my daughter asked to have each one put into different bag, your female staff said “no, we can’t give you another one as the store doesn’t have many!!!” which was really surprised. In addition, my daughter had to even ask her to wrap each of the earrings, your female staff paused a bit then did it with unhappy face. I found this is really ridiculous and rude. I was around the area and heard all conversation. If you have this policy then should’ve put a sign up and let your customers know that only one bag per transaction or only one bag for sale items. I will never come back to your store and will share my experience around to at least people won’t experience this kind of service or attitude.

Took my toddler to have her ears pierced today.Everything was all ready to go, both employees positioned the piercing guns and go...except both guns malfunctioned! My poor girl got jabbed in both ears and no earrings to show for it. Employees were nice trying to make her feel better, but disappointed. We will go to a different place when she's ready, whenever that will be.
