Wonderfully friendly receptionist and a very caring, thorough and professional team of doctors. Had an appointment with Dr Raksha Hegde yesterday and she is brilliant, patient and friendly! Irene Ann Brown

Dr Selina was lovely and took the time to really listen. The reception staff are nice but can’t hear what you’re saying due to the COVID safe plastic screen. So difficult to communicate through this. I wish there was another option

Village family medical centre is a brilliant team of doctors who helped us managing our health issues through many years of our life who listened and cared for many patients including me. Doctors at village family medical are highly recommend . Dr Sugantha is a wonderful person with her vast knowledge and experience. She always try her best to help others and make sure to address all your concerns.

I’ve been under the care of Dr Sugantha for over a decade now-she is the most amazing, thorough doctor I have known. All the ancillary staff are friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. A fantastic clinic!

this medical Centre would have to be the best Centre i have been to in my 57 years.
the staff are friendly and very helpful, the doctors are first class in my book. they have helped me with my medical problems Mentally and physical are honest and up front, no sugar coating.

Doctors are great especially Dr Maddan and Dr Sugantha who have taken care of me and my family's health. The staff are friendly and caring especially Suma.We have immense trust in them and know that we are in the best hands.

I have been attending this clinic for 8 years, and I have full confidence in the Drs.there. They have a great bedside manner, I can choose which Dr. I see when my own Dr. is not available. The desk staff are welcoming and cheerful. Over all I am happy to see them all every month.

My wife and I are the patients with village family medical centre in Carrum downs since 2016! They have lovely and really friendly staff and doctors too ! Specially Dr Femi , he is so caring and respectful Dr with great knowledge of different area ! My wife is paraplegic from last 6 years and had 4 surgeries for her spinal cord but every time we go to Dr Femi he knows what to do before we even go to any surgeons and he always give best advise in a such a positive way which make my wife feel really comfortable to speak to him for any advice before going to specialist!
And also staff are really lovely and they show really good energy every time when we walk into the centre ! 😊

Village family medical centre are the best clinic I have ever had the pleasure to attend. They listen and care about their patients and Dr Maddan saved my life, finding something that most doctors would have simply passed off as something minor.The doctors are fantastic with my family and my children who have special needs and they are happy to attend due to the nurturing and caring approach. We trust the doctors 100% and although we adore our family doctor, Dr Maddan, we know if we can’t see him, all of the doctors are wonderful and we will get the best possible care. Every doctor takes the time to explain each step in simple terms and are reassuring. I can’t speak highly enough and words are not enough but my family really appreciates the time and care you always give us. Highly recommend +++++

I have been with the centre for over 10 years . So what does that tell you? The staff are caring and of course my doctors great . Highly recommend the centre.
