The friendly staff listened to me and found me the perfect solution within my budget.

I'm a curious buyer and they took the time to answer all my questions and explain things to me simply.

They also serviced my wife's ancient bicycle - and it rides great now.

Wayne and the team at Cyclemania provided me excellent advice to suit my needs and budget. I highly recommend them for all your cycling needs. I took my bike out for a spin today and am so impressed by its performance and not only that but it looks so good!

These guys are awesome !! So friendly and very helpful. I called to enquire if they sold a bike box, the gentleman on the phone said no. He offered to give me a box free of charge and even helped my partner box up my bike. The man on the phone was very polite and happy to help me even though I’m not a customer. Thanks you have made my day and now I have a bike to use at site when I’m away for fifo :)

After a less than great experience at a large bike shop chain, i was put onto Cycle Mania by a friend and could not have been happier. Wayne and his team were awesome to deal with and incredibly helpful, i ended up purchasing everything from here and will be my first point of call when i need anything else.

I was very impressed with knowledge& knowhow of the staff, I dealt mainly with Barry who solved my problem by replacing an underpowered front hub with a much better motor, his technical skills were amazing as he had to re-spoke a new wheel no easy fete. He then wired up the new motor, the extra power I needed was amazing. I am pleased to say I was very impressed with cycle mania& Barrys professionalism.
I recommend Cycle Mania for all your technical needs especially putting together Electric Bikes.

Was attended by Wayne whom I didn't realised owned the business till towards the end. Great customer service and upfront explanation and advise. Took the time to provide great understanding of cycling to a person that had no knowledge.

I've been a customer at Cyclemania for many years. The team here are fantastic. Repairs are fast and done at a fair price. When I purchased a new bike, the owner went out of his way to help me select the best one for me and prices are very competitive. If you value friendly, efficient service delivered at the right price, you've found it. Interesting to note the overwhelmingly positive reviews for this business with just one lonely exception. My experience of Cyclemania in in keeping with the vast majority!

Excellent store run by great people. I bought a bike from these guys back in 2014. They went above and beyond with that first purchase. I've been back on various occasions for replacement parts (thanks to crashes) and they've always been super helpful. The team recently helped me solve a problem with my crankset free of charge. I started dealing with the Wayne and his team at Cyclemania about 2 years ago. We have now purchased 2 high end bikes, along with numerous accessories and now join in with their Saturday shop rides. I have found them to be very friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, honest and will do their utmost to ensure if I have any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. We have also recommended them to many friends, who have been in the market for a bike, and they have all come away very happy with their purchase. Its very refreshing to go into a shop where they wont try to sell you the biggest and best, but will sell you just what you need. Nothing beats good old fashioned customer service and values!

Their commitment to providing service is so good that it seems out of place in today’s online and impersonal world. Friendly and helpful to the point of surprise. Great products and what they don’t have on the floor they will get. Sadly I’m leaving Perth because I’ve never come across a bike shop like this in the several countries that I have lived.

Easy phone booking of regular bike service, friendly staff who answered all my questions, and gave honest product advice to help me select best accessories (helmet and lights) for my hybrid bike (commute to work).

Seems strange to review a business where I returned an item but I bought a Garmin fitness tracker that has been heavily discounted.
On getting it home and reading the instructions I realised it was not what I needed.
The guys at Cyclemania were happy to refund me, even though the mistake was mine. They even spent time talking through what system might suit me.
In summary; Excellent service, extremely professional and friendly staff . Highly recommended.

Excellent service, very professional would highly recommend. We wanted to buy our children their first bikes (3yrs & 4.5yrs) and wanted something the children would be comfortable on and able to pedal, the expert advise of an alloy framed smaller bike made the children feel lower to the ground therefore stable and were able to pedal with ease however also providing plenty of growing room. The absolute bonus, as we were buying this for Christmas they were more than happy to hold our bikes until we were ready to wrap them up from Santa - free of charge! These guys really know their stuff and are keen to work with you to make your experience into the cycling world a memorable one - thank you Cyclemania - very happy customers! .

The folks who work in this store are very friendly and always happy to help. I've gone to them for lots of little things and they've always been generous with their time and happy to adjust my seat height or my handle bars or even one time to help me disassemble a few bits of it so that I could get my bike into a box and take it on a plane. Excellent service and a great selection of products.

There are many great bike shops in Perth and I have not been into a bad one! But when a great bike shop tells you to come here for what you need and you get over and above service . Whether its a bike tube a tail light or a spanner. Its the small things, It is not about how much money you will spend there. The staff will talk u out of spending money on what you think you want and giving you advice on whats right! There is nothing wrong with this philosophy and being honest with their customers.Because of this I bought a new bike from them and it cost me more money then other stores , Its about Service and supporting an Australian business and family ! PS the owner is not my friend

I did have a deposit down on 2 bikes at another shop but after talking to the team in particular Wayne at Cyclemania for 20mins I decided to forfeit my deposit and buy 2 bikes through these guys, and we could not be happier with what Wayne recommended for us. It was never about the money just the best fit for purpose bikes. Highly recommend putting Cyclemania on your list if you are looking to purchase a new bike or two. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
