Bunnings Carrum Downs

Wow! How nice is it to have such a refreshing experience. My local store feels a drab old store compared to this one. Before I went here I often wondered if Bunnings stopped caring about, what stock they carried, competitive pricing, how organized their stores were, and the number of staff and even the cleanliness of the stores. They had everything I needed, the store was beautifully organized. And they appeared to have readily accessible staff for help.

Out of every staff member I could not fault one but night to superstars that shined Jamie on the front door to smile was a good welcome to the store the attitude and customer service was on pointe and of course Aaron yes were tool shop has served me many times in here that guy has always a smile on his face and yeah customer service does not very often exist in this state at all especially when I done it 12 months retail operations certificate I tend to notice it your staff does but when it comes to these two and a few others which I had got their names oh I want it that's not get a few more names of people in there possess a lot of your stuff really shine but Jamie and Aaron really shine tonight they made my night and they made my French Bulldogs tonight thankyou Bunnings Carrum down I never regret going to Carrum down I've never taken a step into Frankston because I don't need two Carrum Downs Bunnings make me feel welcome more than my own front door at home thank you a big thank you to Jamie and Aaron and the other stuff that come and help me with the Bulldogs just then

Today my son and I popped into Bunnings Carrum Downs as we had some timber we purchased the night before to be cut for a peg board my son is building for his scrunchie stand. We were served by the most amazing customer focused staff member, Cody - in the timber department. He gave his time, undivided attention, showcased his skills and offered his advice and expertise and was truly invested in making this peg board come to life! He’s such an amazing asset to the team! 🤩

Staff are great! Jusy recently was getting a wood fire heater, despite not from that department we had Beck help us out all the way throughout our purchase. If she didn't know she found out, exceptional service!!

Just a great place better than the frankston store, staff are so much more likely to ask if you need anything here.

The best prices. I am buying tools and materials from Bunnings for nearly 15 years now. Almost everything for DIY projects you can find there, including simple instructions on how to and useful staff advise. And if you have a PowerPass, you can visit the store or you can shop online, while COVID restrictions.
