You never feel judged in their store, and they make you feel at ease when buying adult products. Very knowledgeable staff, who clearly love their jobs.

Absolutely blown away with the customer service from this shop, I had an issue with a product being technically faulty. (Nothing to do with the shop), this was a fault in the brand and product itself. However the awesome service offered to me, from for play or pleasure, gave me a brand new version of the product, instead of having to deal with a big brand and waiting for a replacement on warranty etc. This full proof, above and beyond commitment to customer satisfaction, blew me away and doesn’t happen often anymore.
