The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to give a shoutout to "Stan the Man", who went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient, and made sure that I had everything I needed to have a great time on the courts. I appreciate his professionalism and positive attitude, and will definitely be returning to Badminton World Balcatta soon. Thanks for a fantastic experience!

Traveled all the way from Rockingham just to see a couple of rackets in store personally and it was worth the trip. All staff members were nice as to show me around the store as well as explaining which model of racket to go for with full details. Wasn’t expecting to be able to demo a few before purchasing but it definitely helped out a lot with my decision. Thanks to the team as I was able to get both new rackets ready and strung on the same day!

Initially was looking for a pair of shoes. Nick was very patient and thorough, I tried 5 pairs before deciding and even tried a racket which Nick let me try the racket with him.
I ended up with a pair of shoes, 2 rackets for my son and myself.
Very happy with the products and service

My wife and I bought two racquets, shoe and clothing in January 2022. I was initially helped by young Nick (not the boss) over the phone with query on racquet selection. My wife and I then attended the gym to test out multiple demo racquets (Nick also kindly left his own racquet for me to test as one of the model I am interested wasn't available that day). There is a huge variety of Yonex racquets and shoes to choose from, to suit our budget and skill level. Young Nick was very helpful over the phone and other staff at the gym were also very friendly. I also find the staff knowledgeable with the racquets, stringing advice and have an interest in the game themselves. I received prompt update to collect our racquets after they were strung. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service and the purchase. Happy to recommended Badminton World to others.

Staffs here are amazing to help me find one knowing exactly what I was looking for. Also got to try them which was greatest for me...!! Not a professional player so was easier to choose this way..!

If you are looking for yonex brand tshirts and pants for Badminton or any other brand, you should visit at this place. It has lots of good collections.

Truly a spectacular place with huge range of badminton racket, and badminton accessories. The staffs are friendly and the service is top notch. Would like to see them to open another store in the South :)

Found inside the Nick Kidd badminton gym. Fantastic service from the young man at the counter, and also the opening hours are perfect for an evening of gear shopping.
