Glasshouse Tavern

Cute place with carpet floor, games and sports on the telly. The Asian pork dish was really good! The corn/avocado/bean salad as well. Was a few people here when we arrived around 1.30, but no problem getting a table

Decided to go for lunch at the Glassy Tavern today. First time here even though we are locals, and it definitely won't be our last.

As soon as we entered the restaurant from the excellent undercover car park at the rear, we were already loving the atmosphere. The interior/exterior layout & design is a knockout, with a modern, rustic, casual vibe.

We both ordered the smoky lamb shanks (on the main menu) & what can we say but WOW!! Outstanding isn't enough praise!! The quality, quantity & presentation along with the wait time was perfect. You wouldn't find better anywhere else, and we think the prices are well matched to the latter.

Thanks to the cheerful staff & a big thank you to the hard-working chefs (who work in an industry where they are not always fully appreciated or recognised) - you guys are such an asset to your employer, to the tavern and to the community. I hope you are consistently recognised & praised for your fantastic skills & amazing talent. We are so lucky to live at Glass House Mountains & to have such a wonderful local tavern here. If you are thinking of coming to the Glasshouse Tavern, do not hesitate, you will be nicely rewarded just like we were. We will be back very soon!!

What a great surprise this was, came to catch up with a mate and we went here for lunch. Great selection of burgers and drinks on tap, also very reasonably priced. As a starter I ordered the chicken wings and wow, the sauce they served with it was so good we were dipping our salad in it. And as a main I got the brisket burger and was not expecting much but was blown away. Made losing on the pokies worth it. The service was amazing too, very quick and polite. Will be returning with my mate again soon.

Cute Tavern with lovely outdoor seating options. Staff were very friendly. Menu has a variety of gluten free options. Thumbs up for the salt and pepper squid - YUM !

We showed up after visiting the mountains and Australia Zoo all tired and short of battery iPhone.

Well did the staff ever look after us, the meals were all great we had a lot of smoked dishes and they were all great we particularly liked bacon wrapped pork, beef rib and mixed grill… the pork ribs and Spanish mackerel were also really tasty there was 7 of us and we all had delicious meals.

More than that the staff also allowed us to charge up a phone to get back to Brisbane after our meals.

That’s what I call 5 star service!

My partner and I went for a date night last night, for Valentines Day.

The service was top-notch, and attentive, the cook made a fresh pizza right before my eyes and it was easily one of the best I've ever had.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food all round was fast to be served once ordered, and was fresh and tasty.

We will be returning and bringing our loved ones next time!

Yummy food, good amount for the price, entree, mains for two and dessert to share. Service was to be expected, cocktails 🍸 were dangerous best espresso Martini I have ever had, made for a good night.

Love the Beef Ribs, so tender & flavoursome! Staff are friendly and attentive, Amazing Mango Pina colada & brownie made in house was soooo yummmy!!! Will be back!!! ❤🥳🙌

We have had several lunches at the pub and they were all good except when there was far too much fat on the brisket. I would not hesitate going back again.

This place has really stepped it up! Steak was amazing! New kids area is great for the little ones. Staff were friendly!

Absolutely amazing service by the team both last night and at lunch time today. Very attentive, very quickly rectified an error in our dinner service and the food was not only incredible but a very generous serve (hence returning for lunch today).

Stumbled across this little gem by accident. Great, clean, modern venue with amazing food. Completely unexpected, will be returning for sure

What a great spot! Enjoyed a delicious lunch on 15th Nov. Great setting with lots of shady spots outside or inside in the cool.The menu caters for all tastes, including vegan. Reasonably priced, good servings, great service.
