The Golden Jersey

We sent a request by email to hire bikes from the Golden Jersey for Sunday with only a few days notice as it was a last minute getaway. Anthony was very quick to reply and consistent with his communication.
He even offered to drop the e-bikes off to us at our Airbnb in Coweramup so we could have them for the full day.
He shared some great tips with us for where to take the bikes and an app we could use to plan our day on the trails.
He has exceptional customer service and is wonderful to deal with. Very professional and friendly - and it was also the best value bike hire I could find and the bikes were in excellent condition. The seats were comfortable and made 7 hours of riding cross -country relatively easy.
We will definitely rent bikes from the Jersey again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience. I was really well looked after renting a bike for my partner, and looking into options for and new upgrade myself. Bikes are in great condition, with no issues and quick easy pick up and return. Anthony was a wealth of knowledge, and especially regarding Ibis bikes, being the only place iv found in WA to be helpful for parts. He also has some really playful Norcos that were great to check out. They seem to have most common replacement bike parts on hand as well.
They have a great little cafe, and support some of the local products in town; definitely worth trying. Just a great one stop shop suited for the region...bikes parts, coffee, food, and fuel, and local knowledge.

Warm welcome, great coffee, a large selection of bike to hire, and you can even taste some wine from a nearby winery on the way back. Bikes were in very good condition and fully serviced, helmets too. Map of nearby trails also provided. We had a great day with the family.

If there was the opportunity to give these guys a ten I would go for an 11. Brendan was so very helpfull in arranging our party of 5 some bikes for the day when all the other hire mobs didn't care. He set us up with some awesome bikes and put us on a great trail to sample the local wineries and a fantastic location for lunch. Thanks for making a great day for us.

The Golden Jersey guys got me out of a jam yesterday when I broke a chain and mangled a rear mech on the trail. Lent me a stand and tools which allowed me to get mobile again with no charge. Fantastic. So, if you are local or passing through the Golden Jersey will sort out all your cycling needs. They really know their stuff. Highly recommended. Steve

Had a great experience at the Golden Jersey - friendly people, great bikes, interesting shop, nice coffee. Cowamarup is very well positioned for cycling on the nature trails and also for cycling around the vineyards, which we did.

Hired a couple of mountain bikes and a baby seat at short notice, had a lovely day riding on the rail trail nearby. Friendly service, nice bikes and helmets, well worth it!

We rented the electrical bikes for the old train track route and it was great. The staff is super helpful and the bikes are new and very well maintained. Highly recommend

Awesome place. Guys are extremely helpful. Fixed my bike in 5 minutes and didn't even charge me. Support them, they deserve it.

After a busted chain on Day 1 of the Cape to Cape, I got great service, hosed down the bike and washed it down with a nice long mac. Ready to go for day 2.
