Lovely shop staff, they definitely get 5/5.
But tried to get a script filled on a Saturday morning, and the pharmacist wasn't even on site. I came back half an hour later, and he gave me the wrong quantity. He left it up to the pharmacy assistant to apologise on his behalf both times.

I went to Artz +Kay, thinking they were the only available compounding pharmacy I could access.
My Doctor put me on medication, which wasn't ready available and not generally used by someone my age (under 50), to reopen up my veins and increase my circulation, after childhood abuse and previous marital domestic abuse had caused damage.
My partner and I were told it would take one week, as they had to order the ingredients in, One week later we were still waiting, my partner decided to check on it, by visiting the pharmacy and it was ready, he had to wait for it, but wasn't leaving without it!
My Doctor wasn't happy with my dose, so he increased the amount of tablets I have to take, I rang on the Saturday and spoke to Michael? Who was very helpful (hence The Star), who told me the ingredients were in stock and my Doctor would need to write another script.
I rang my Doctor in Hamilton on Monday and advised them, the Doctor wrote a new script, the receptionist faxed and emailed it through, after calling Artz + Kay to advise them it was on its way.
I am housebound and have difficulty getting around, so I couldn't get the script and take it to the pharmacy myself, my partner was going to collect my medicine on Wednesday as I was almost out.
I rang Artz + Kay on Wednesday to find out if they had my script ready, was told by lovely Alley? There was no script for me, I feared this would happen, so I was happy I took only half my dose on the Tuesday, that way I would have some left, I rang my Doctor and told them the pharmacy didn't have my script, the receptionist advised me they had received a confirmation of receipt and it was sent Monday.
I rang Artz + Kay back and the woman was cold and abrupt with me, telling me it was a compounding medicine, the pharmacy had only just received the Doctor's script and my medicine wouldn't be ready until Friday after 5 Pm.
I have had to halve my daily dose to ensure I have enough medicine to last until Friday 5 pm, today (Thursday) after 2 days of half doses, I am unable to move and wracked with pain throughout my body.
To top it all off, I found out there are 2 other 'friendlier' pharmacy's which do compounding medicines, in the same area and I didn't have to go to Artz + Kay, to be made to feel like a leper or hypochondriac.

Sought travel sickness pills and received half the amount desired with the assurance that the rest would be available at a later date.not the case with a feeble apology offered.pity it was an hours travel to get them
