Beachside Prevelly Villas

Beautiful little villa. Clean and comfortable, with all you could need for a pleasant stay. You just need to stock up with food snd wine on the way through town. The beach is a few steps away across the road.

What a sensational spot!
The villa is spacious, had all the amenities we needed and is in a great location.
Deirdre and Peter were so welcoming, giving us plenty of helpful tips on the best spots to eat and visit as we were only there for 3 days.
I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough.
We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Perth.
Margret River is fabulous.

Fantastic place to take your dogs! The house we stayed at had a tall fence running all the way around so you could let them run around and play with peace of mind. The house was very clean and very comfortable with comfy couches and a big tv in the living area. The fireplace was perfect for the chilly nights while we were there too!

Mum and i had a fantastic wknd.
We stayed in villa no 4 . Very clean. Great sized garden for our little dogs to explore.
And the owners kindly put grating along the bottom of the fences so the dogs could not get out.
The dog park and beach are just a few minutes walk away.
Margaret River just 10 minutes in the car away.
Beautiful and peaceful.
I highly recommend and will be spreading the news to my clients who have dogs.

Stayed in the two storey house (House 2). Owners are very friendly. House, bedding and utilities were clean. We're a family of five and had plenty of space. Kids loved the open fire and the surrounding areas. Across the road from a decent cafe and bottleshop/grocery store. Five minutes walk to the beach. We also had our dog with us, great facilities. Recommended.

We just returned home from a 5 day family holiday at Prevelley Villas and we cannot recommend this beautiful accomodation highly enough. One of the best holidays we have ever had! The owners Peter and Deirdre went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and happy. The villa was beautifully clean, full of character and everything we needed was provided including tea and coffee and the cutest little 'doggie basket' with towels, lead, dog toys etc. The location is perfect - a lovely 5 minute walk to the dog beach and park, add on a few more minutes and you are watching the surfers and dolphins compete for the waves at surfers point!! The little cafe opposite the villa is superb for coffee and cake or a meal overlooking the beautiful coastline. 5 stars for this magic accomodation! We will definitely return and highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely, 'spoil yourself' getaway to our beautiful south west region!

I've been to Prevelly Villas on many occasions and they never cease to amaze me. Both Peter and Deirdre go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy. They are without doubt the best hosts I have ever known and I will keep going back to Prevelly time and time again. The welcome we got from Deirdre was like she was welcoming her own family back. Peter Deirdre if you read this please know we are so grateful to you both for all you do and will be in our hearts for ever

Third time and we just love the double story house with ocean view. The proximity to the beach and Margaret River inlet and surf spots makes it great to explore be foot!

What a wonderful place to stay, very clean, accommodating esp with a dog, close to the beach, close to wineries & Margaret River. Fully recommended, home away from home!

Has everything you need except food and drink of course. Even a lovely arrangement of flowers from the garden as you enter your 3 bedroom villa.
Easy clean too.
