Fantastic customer service polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Purchased bacon and something for dinner brought the chicken parcels, absolutely delicious, even my fussy child asked for seconds (which is unheard off). Thank you!

What a great butchers, lovely young bloke served us, very friendly made us feel like locals, well just finished eating the fillet Mignon steak they had marinated and made up which was a decent size for $10. It was magnificent, lovely flavour and tender meat and coupled with the Italian sausages which were also full of flavour im a very happy man.

After recently moving to the area I discovered this great butcher. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional serving high quality meat! I purchased a whole rump that was tender and juicy and the beef sausages, made on site, were high class. Dale even packaged the off cuts for our dog who gave that a woof woof! Thank you, we have found our new butcher.

Bought small quantity of mince for a savoury mince dinner for 1.. after cooking there was no excess water or fat we find in supermarket mince, the meal was delicious, and heaps left for another meal.

My work allows me to travel from gympie down to north Brisbane from the coast line out to Woodford and I buy from all the butcher shops regularly, and this is by far the best shop.

The meat is next level the prices are great and the service is amazing, the shop has a good old fashioned vibe and they have a smoker so fresh beer sticks and bacon!! What more could you ask for! Get down there !

I am very proud to share this review as Dale and Lisa at Glasshouse Country Meats is nothing short of spectacular. I purchased half a cow about 5 weeks back (my purchase was 100 kg) and the meat is superb - you cannot go past it. The guys at Glasshouse Country Meats made the sausages at the right thickness that I asked for, sliced the steak at the right thicknesses, roasts at the right weight, mince and sausages into 1 kg lots etc. All items were cry vacuumed /sealed and written on and then boxed up for convenient transportation.
As I stated above, the quality of the meat is superb; the thick sausages have the slightest bit of glazing and you end up with evenly cooked sausages throughout - without charcoal on the outer layer. I am really impressed and they are such lovely people I highly recommend purchasing from this butcher - especially in bulk as it is substantially more economical than buying individual items per kg.

Hidden Gem, great meat and service. Rolled roast was perfect, no silver skin or connected tissue. 4 hours at 140 in the smoker, came out perfect. Thanks guys.
