Dior Beauty Counter

I've shopped at several other beauty concession stores at this flagship David Jones but this one so far has the worst service. I have a number of awful experiences here, but one was today we asked to gift wrap our purchase but a male staff replies NO and 'throws' us the wrapper and ribbons. I'd recommend going to myers or somewhere else. Seems like they just hired anyone in a rush for christmas season.

the service is horrible. the staff are incredibly unhelpful and unwilling to check stock online if you ask. not happy with horrendous service obviously. as a potential customer, i shouldn’t feel like a hassle, like i’m ruining your day for asking for a basic stock search on your computer. it’s not that hard. they’re just standing around doing nothing anyway. and there are like 5 of you! disgraceful.
