Great place. This was our first stop of four days camping in the region and we loved it. Climb up is steep and challenging. My 11 year old boy could only go up to midway but the view was worth it at the top.

Diamond tree, fantastic place kids loved it here. Good climb although don’t forget your enclosed shoeshiner view from the top is amazing 50m high also a viewing platform half away:) although from memory I think only 9 people allowed up at any one time. Also seats at the bottom of you are not brave enough to climb, there was a few scattered picnic benches around although I don’t think there’s too much around to spend the whole day. Ample of parking spots and enough room for the big rvs and trailers also :) boys had a blast would defiantly recommend but not for the faint hearted!

Diamond tree lookout is 52 metres high. There is a top lookout platform which is locked when we were there, and a lower viewing platform with a metal fence around for protection. This is a very high climb and warning sign at bottom. There are toilets, table and chairs, information board. The access in gravel road one way. Plenty of parking and spaces for long vechiles.

Even though the tree has now been retired, as it is no longer safe for the public to conquer its trunks, it is still nice to stop by. There is a short trail here that takes you a little bit around, and even though you can argue that it looks the same as all the other trails, they're all good so why not walk this one too?

It was a awesome thrilling experience, when you don't drop down. Awesome few when you are up in tree. Some lakes and Forrest and open field. This tree felt a lot less safe then the Gloucester Tree, as it was swaying and squeking in the wind.

Sooooo cool. You can climb the tree if you are brave enough. There's a midway point to rest before you get to the top. Really neat!

Though you can no longer climb the Diamond Tree, you are still able to access the park and view the tree from the ground. You can also walk the short trail.
The tree requires time to heal. Gloucester and Bicentennial tree are still available for climbers.

Beautiful spot to take a minute in nature and go for a walk or climb a tree. Unable to climb the tree due to rainy weather and pegs looking very slippery but would go back to climb. Beautiful part of the world.

Highly recommended this climb. Great workout with the treat of an amazing panoramic view once you make it to the top. If you're with a group, be prepared to have a few people not willing to climb as it is not for the faint hearted. Lucky for them there is a nice picnic area and public toilet facilities at the bottom.

Breathtaking as always. There is a 600 metre easy walk ,where trouble has been taken to label various plants & trees with correct names & photos for easy identification... brilliant...

This is fantastic place to conquer your fear of height. In the shed on the top, you could have a thought of yourself in the past well. Public toilet is available for look trip from or to the south. It is worth visit and experience. Ensure to climb up to the top anyway. Big fun and big experience.
