Manjimup Gateway Hotel

I was working in Greenbushes and staying in manjimup so the Gateway Hotel was just my after work drop-in for a couple brewskis until I heard about their wood fire pizzas. Now I consider myself as a bit of a pizza connoisseur, and I’ve gotta say Gateway’s wood fire pizzas are hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had

Loved the Manjimup community spirit at Gateway! Pauly, Keven the dog and the team will welcome you with good old fashioned country hospitality. The wood fired pizzas are a must try, and they do a great chips and gravy (my benchmark for a good pub!). We stayed in a two bedder with a kitchenette and big fridge which was great for storing local produce and a few drinks from the hotel’s bottle-o. Thank you Gateway team for a memorable trip!

From the very first minute of being welcomed by the incredible Pauly and Deb to leaving this place, everything was perfect.

It’s a country pub with a a huge heart, the team in the kitchen produce some amazing pizzas and other delights 🙏

Rooms are very clean and everything you need to be comfortable and warm.

Had an incredible time staying at the Gateway Hotel. The whole team are exceptional with the highlight on amazing food and warm country hospitality. The Gateway offers a variety of accommodation to suit the single traveller or the whole family. The hotels location is the perfect place to be able to explore the beauty of the surrounding area. So much to see and do here and home to the black truffle, yum.

THE base of operations when visiting the area. Local knowledge is unrivalled as is their hospitality. The team really make you feel at home. I love what comes out of the kitchen, fire pit, pizza oven and of course the bar. We were treated to a real showcase of the abundant produce in the region including marron, truffles, lamb, wine and more local farm produce

Comfortable well appointed rooms, the pub itself is a delight, charming , warm and inviting.Excellent food and service, next level up from normal pub food. Was convenient to town and all the attractions of Manjimup. Owner Paul is a real character who obviously loves his work, side kick Kevin the rescued pub dog (and mascot) won all our hearts. A most memorable stay.

Pauly epitomises the true meaning of a Aussie giant hearted publican. I would have paid double to be in his presence, and to experience the epic hospitality of the Gateway vortex. Can’t wait to return to get my next fix. love the food, the people, the staff and my new mate Pauly x

As good a country pub and motel as you'd find anywhere.
Rooms were great value, clean and well presented, warm fire in the pub and the meals were excellent.
Hosts and staff were a pleasure to deal with.
No hesitation in giving 5 stars.

The Manji Gateway hotel is running in a league of its own! If you're looking for a place to stay in town you want to 100% make sure it's here. Do yourself a favour and order the Marron dish at the pub or restaurant attached - show stopper!

This is a great place to stay and feel welcomed into the town. The room was fresh and clean, and the food was amazing. The restaurant was fully booked so we ordered through the main bar area. The staff provided great suggestions for my friend who is vegetarian. The atmosphere was fantastic. Paul and Debbie do a great job. We will definitely be back.

Great staff, beer, atmosphere and meals. Well worth the visit. Owner is very friendly with country style personality. We went there for our evening meals. It was really good.

Our car broke down and we had to find a place to stay. Paul bent over backwards to ensure we were comfortable, introduced us to the locals. We can not fault this place, the rooms were very clean and tidy and the staff were wonderful.
The locals also made our two night stay a wonderful experience from a bad situation.
We plan to return in the future to experience real Aussie hospitality.

Excellent accommodation and venue. The food was delicious and the atmosphere in the bar was fantastic. Paul was brilliant and a very helpful host. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to the south west.

Paul the owner was so great and allowed us to check in early and also let us get dressed for a friends wedding in the back room while our room was being cleaned, saving us so much stress!
The traffic is a bit loud in the morning but for a cheap room, great service and good location its a great place to stay.
Big thanks again to Paul, you made my sister and I feel welcome and comfortable, even though we were only there for one night.

Really friendly and hard working staff. Woodfired pizzas are nice. Fire place is cozy when its colder, would recommend a visit.
