I found Sarah off a Facebook recommendation and joined up to one of her challenges. I found it hard to attend with my little ones but Sarah never gave up on me and kept on checking in on me and organising a session to suit me and times. If it wasn't for this and her commitment to me I would of given up. From here I started weekly sessions with Sarah and loved every single one of them. I noticed an instant change within myself and so much more happiness. I actually felt like I worked out. Thanks so much Sarah.

Sarah from Romfit is amazing! I'm in the best shape I have ever been & that's after having two kids. The ladies are all very friendly & supportive so you really build some great friendships. I've been going for 2yrs & Romfit classes have become part of my weekly routine. Sarah will listen & work with you to get the best results.

I LOVE Strong Girls Club! I have been going for 4 months now and have never been stronger and fitter in my life - despite going to other gyms and fitness facilities.
The support from the coaches is just fantastic. Constant support, not just in fitness but in all aspects of health!
I have never once been judged or felt uncomfortable in anything I wear or my fitness or strength level. All members are fantastic and I have felt apart of the club since day one,
I cannot recommend SGC enough to all women of all shapes and sizes and all strength and fitness levels.

ROMFIT and Sarah are amazing! I started training with Sarah about 8 months ago and it was by far the best decision I've made, not only has she helped me become fitter and healthier, she has empowered me to be more body confident, more confident in the gym and love working out again. Helping me work towards my fitness goals and making me feeling amazing inside and out. ROMFIT is a beautiful little community where everyone is welcomed and always having a laugh. Sarah is not only a fantastic PT, but an amazing friend to have that wants to help everyone in anyway she can.

A great atmosphere to exercise with a very knowledgable training coach! Sarah adapts to all her clients and does an amazing job in helping with results not only within the gym but in our daily lives!

I’ve been training with Sarah for a few years now and I’ve definitely become stronger. She has also helped aid in getting me back into the gym a week after a major knee injury, and very much has been part of my knee rehab and road to getting back to where I was strength wise before the injury !

Highly recommend Sarah at ROMFIT! Xx

Sarah has been amazing. In the past when my body has let me down l have given up. Sarah has worked with me to ensure l keep going and continue to improve my health and fitness. Highly recommend her to anyone who doesn’t like the big gym feel and wants to feel confident working out in a safe and encouraging environment.

Sarah is amazing! She's so empathetic. So far ROM has been the only gym where I find myself not in a competition but really working on my own needs. I have had a knee injury for months and Sarah always makes my exercise routine according to my situation. This is definitely NOT a standard gym!! Spot on!

Sarah is absolutely amazing! So down to earth & very helpful.

I have been doing the Romfit 8 week challenge for the last 7 weeks, 1 week to go! 💪 The results I've seen have been spectacular! I have lost roughly 4kg, which is ALOT for me. I can see & feel such a difference in myself and how clothes are fitting and getting compliments wherever I go, on how good I am looking. So I am stoked.

I have loved the workouts, they have been challenging & I have pretty much seen and felt instant results. The meal plan was very easy to follow, and it contained a variety of foods to keep things interesting 😊

I would highly recommend Sarah, She definitely knows what she is doing 👌💕

SGC changed my mentality about lifting weights and just excersise in general. Sarah and the girls are incredible coaches who make everyone feel welcome, supported and empowered to lift weights, stay healthy and set realistic goals that they then help you achieve. I love my sessions with them and appreciate having someone not only helping me perfect technique but also pushing me to lift bigger, get stronger and be healthier.

After 3 c-sections in 3 years I thought there was no hope for my body, confidence or even just liking who I saw in the mirror. I’ve been training with Sarah for over 6 months and just completed an 8 week challenge.
If it wasn’t for the amazing work and passion Sarah put into her job training, educating and inspiring us I wouldn’t have been able to get myself out of another dead-end.
I am so happy and proud of my accomplishments of losing 4kg, cms off my body, toning and strengthening my core and feeling confident in my own skin again!
I am so grateful for everything Sarah has done for me and shown me how to take control to make the best choices for me!
Couldn’t recommend Sarah enough!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE all three (Sarah, Mon and Chele) of the amazing Strong Girls Clubs trainers! Coming from a high intensity workout routine I couldn’t stick to I was skeptical with exactly what I was capable of but these 3 amazing ladies have pushed me to places I didn’t think I had in me. I look forward to coming to the gym if anything I leave in a better mood than when I arrived! Thank you so much SGC - I will be coming as long as you let me!

Romfit is the absolute best place to go if you would like to get yourself fit. Sarah is such a great trainer and she caters for all fitness levels her group sessions are great to go to she makes the sessions fun and all the ladies that attend are very friendly.. Sarah always makes everyone feel welcome.

Sarah has literally changed my life. From zero gym experience & bad eating habits and yo yo dieting ,Sarah has taught me how to move my body & eat healthy in a non scarey way ! Sarah is so friends and very professional. She really knows her stuff and takes the time to get to know you and your limitations and helps you with corrections! The workouts are always different and it’s just so nice to not have to think about the routine, Sarah has it all covered.

I have been going to Strong Girls for the past 6 weeks approximately and have been surprised at the quick growth of strength.
It was important for me to have professional educated coaches to guide me as I have had medical conditions throughout the years. As we have discussions during the sessions the program has been adapted to support my individual needs. I am now stronger.
