We had a belated Valentine's dinner date at Thai Skybar and it turned out to be a perfect choice. Great food and nice atmosphere, but I was particularly impressed with the service. The lady serving us took her time to explain all the dishes and specials and took great care wrapping and bagging our takeaway duck curry, which we had the next day and it was still amazing. Will be back.

My favourite Thai restaurant! Fresh ingredients, good quality meat used and crisp vegetables. One of the best massaman curries I’ve ever had, spring rolls are delicious too. Staff are friendly. Only feedback is the serving of rice is extremely small.

Excellent service, wonderful vibe, great food! Lovely indoor plants. Staff were very attentive to our water and utensils even being replaced if needed without us asking. Will come again! 😍

Had the Green Curry Chicken and Pad See Ew beef. The meat portions were surprisingly generous. Both dishes were also very tasty. The customer service is definitely on point in this establishment. The waiter was always topping up my cup with water after I had just finished it, and it was very easy to get service when needed. The missus and I agree that this is our new go-to place for Thai.

Consistently great authentic food and service. I've been coming here for over ten years and it just as good if not better than the first time I came here. It's my local go to and I can't wait to come back again. Their desserts are especially moreish!!!

New Management, excellent food and service. We had delicious duck pancakes and pretty purple spiced pork dumplings! Very tasty! The massaman curry was just right. It's our go-to for Thai and it was spot on for flavour. We'll be back.

This restaurant has all the usual Thai restaurant menu items but also has a list just as long of what felt like unique specials to try out.

All of their sauces are made fresh in-house and this really showed with things such as the chicken satay, which were excellent.

Service was perfect and I noticed that the boss seemed to be on first name terms with regular customers, a sure sign that the locals love it. Easy 5 stars.

We're regulars here. The food is always fresh and delicious, and they're so friendly! We tried a few other places around Roseville but we come back here because it's consistently so good.

Loved the Satay Chicken Skewers and the Massaman Beef. Both are also Gluten Free as is alot of the menu. The staff are lovely. Very happy with this place, I'm going back soon. It's such an enjoyable experience here, a relaxed, friendly atmosphere with attentive staff and fantastic food.

The food is amazing and always nice and fresh! The menu caters for all different dietary requirements without a problem. Even vegans like me! Love all the different spices.

I’ve been here twice now with a group of 4, and wow - the food is fantastic!

I’ve had their Satay chicken skewers, pineapple fried rice, spring rolls, Massaman curry, cashew nut and chilli and all are really, really good!

The food tastes fresh and flavourful. Will definitely be back again.

I’ve ordered takeaway and dined in on multiple occasions and I have to say that this restaurant is one of my favourite Thai restaurants in Sydney. The staff are so lovely and constantly maintain a high standard of service and care. The food and drinks are always delicious. I always get excited to eat here and I could not recommend this place more! They also have great Covid procedures with hand sanitiser readily available and seating physically distanced from other patrons. I will definitely keep coming back to dine here again :)

Fresh, delicious food always! This place is one of THE BEST Thai food restaurants I have ever been too. They have very friendly staff and take care of you with such high standards. You feel like you’re dining at your second home. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. The prices are worth it because the quality of the food is high. Really delicious food, I can’t say this enough. Can’t seem to eat Thai food anywhere else except here.

We moved to Lindfield 2 years ago and every saturday night we order dinner from Sky Thai. We've tried most of the dishes and all are very authentic and absolutely delicious. The staff are wonderful and friendly

Lovely local restaurant - the money bags and cashew nut are absolutely delicious. Ingredients are always so fresh and the meat is tender and not at all fatty. Staff are always so friendly and it’s been great to see the introduction of paper takeaway bags (instead of plastic).
