Discovery Parks - Warrnambool

Great location close to the beach and park. Friendly service from the staff and they were very accommodating (we had our parents stay in their RV with us and they put them right next to the cabin). The cabin was just as expected. The park is compact, but they have a number of things squeezed in like a playground, heated pool and games room.

We really like staying at this location. Very handy to everything. The caravan park is nice and quiet. All facilities well maintained and clean. The camp kitchen games room laundry and pool areas and playgrounds are all very neat.

We loved our stay. Room was what we expected and location was awesome. Only suggestion is better oversight of pool. We went twice and on both occasions parents were arguing and in disagreement over how some kids were using it. In the end we chose the beach.

First family caravan outing. Got the ensuite powered site. Perfect fit for my 22ft caravan and Annex with plenty of space to fit the ute in on one site. Highly recommended and great facilities. Don't hesitate to book ,just do it and you won't regret it. Well done to the staff that keeps the place well maintained.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We changed our booking to come forward by 1 day and this was done with ease. All the facilities were clean and tidy and modern and the park has lots of grass and clean sites. Park is a great location, close to parks and the beach whilst also being a short drive to the hustle and bustle of Warrnambool. Will definitely stay here again.

Staying in an ensuite site we were extremely happy with the park. The park was surprisingly big with some money being spent on it with drainage and a new kids playground. The young fella absolutely loved the new playground and tested it out after some fresh bark chip was installed. The games room was good and even had a free game which was great. The place was so quiet which was great

We had a Powered Site for 3 nights as our base to explore the Great Ocean Road and Portland.
Every Staff member we spoke to we're extremely pleasant.
Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had such a great stay. The location was convenient...within walking distance to the beach, mini golf, and the fabulous Pertobe Park adventure playground. Our kids received a free welcome pack, and the managers kindly donate all proceeds from go-cart hire to flood victims. Our ensuite site was clean and modern with plenty of space for our large camper. We loved the herb garden and were able to use some herbs in our camp cooking. Thank you for a great stay.

Love this park clean and has everything except an electric blanket but it was warm so it’s ok.

Love this motel. We stayed there 2 nights. The room was spotlessly clean, fully equipped. The staff is super friendly and go above and beyond to help.
Love showers with great pressure and very hot water!
If you like super soft beds you'll love it. I struggled to sleep in a super soft bed as I'm not used to it.
Very convenient location and lots of fauna around

Loved the spaciousness of our two bedroom cabin. Appreciated the nice touch of a sweet treat pack along with the usual coffee/tea offerings. Great close proximity to the beach, playgrounds and markets!

We purchased a Travel Auction 3 day stay & we were very surprised when we saw our accommodation!

We stayed in 'Cabin' 110 & this is a fully equipped Unit. We could live in it quite happily!

•TV with 6 metal chairs (my only negative as they were incredibly uncomfortable).
•4 seater 'L' shaped couch. TV on wall.
•Kitchen with microwave, gas 4 burner cooktop & oven. All utensils, non-stick frypan and a plastic bowl & metal bowl etc
•Fridge with separate freezer
•2 bedrooms. One room with Queen bed (very comfortable) & built-in robe and bedside lights. This room has a TV on the wall. Other room also has a robe and a comfortable bunk bed (bottom bunk is a double bed) with sturdy ladder to access top bed. Comfy warm bedding.
•Small bathroom with a roomy shower with good pressure (hot water takes a few minutes) & basin with drawer and shelf. Big mirror. Hair-dryer & tissues.
• Large undercover verandah with table & 6 chairs.
•2 steps to enter unit

The park is spacious, very clean and well equipped.

Said in Last years review that I would be back and my wife and I were. Just wanted to relax and unwind and it was exactly what we did from day 1 until the day we left Stayed for a week this time and again could not fault this place. Room we stayed in this time was absolutely fantastic. Place was so well maintained. Could not fault it. Staff again so friendly and helpful. What a fantastic place to stay. Would recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be staying again. Thank you, Thank you Thank You.❤❤❤❤❤

Great stay so relaxed very neat. It impressed us how clean camp kitchen was along with the amenities, and grounds. The staff did a great job. The location was good loved the fact you could do great walks

Love this park so much. Perfect position close to beach and parks. Pet friendly. Always clean and one of the friendliest parks we have stayed at in our travels! We have stayed here multiple times whilst working locally and we will definitely be back for a holiday. We travel in a bus and they accomodate in a powered sight very comfortably. Offer ensuited powered site for our size as well if that’s what you prefer however community bathrooms and showers are clean and perfect if you miss out. Very busy so make sure you book!!

Affordable and fully self contained units that have one car space available to you. Great for those who travel for work. Laundry, kitchen, bathroom and gaming facilities available and always kept clean and tidy. Park is always clean and the caravan sites are easily accessible as well as dog friendly.

The staff here are amazing and the facilities clean and comfortable.
We were originally only going to stay two nights, but our accommodation for night three caught COVID, so on Friday (our first night) morning we had to call and see if we could stay another.

Karen was absolutely lovely and although they couldn't get us in the same cabin (fully booked), she did get us into a spa cabin, which still had plenty of space for myself, my husband and our 18 month old daughter.

Karen even made sure to contact us as soon as the new cabin was ready, which was done very quickly (and was spotlessly clean), so that we could bring the little one back for her nap.

I cannot recommend staying here enough. Thank you so much to Karen and the staff at Discovery Parks!

We stayed two nights over there, location was so convenient to most of the attractions. Pleased to tell that We had a really good experience at the accommodation room was very clean, and comfortable.

Check in (following on-line booking earlier that morning) was almost instant when we arrived. The code didn't work on one of the doors to the girls amenities, but luckily there was another door (a fair walk around though, after hours when the kitchen area etc was closed off) This place could definitely do with a couple of extra paths to allow cutting in between internal park roads without walking on other people's sites. But other than those minor inconveniences, we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.
