Costs me money whenever we go for mowerblades. Now I have to get John Deere Dump trucks etc to our Great grandson in Canada.

Rang ahead for the part, was told they had it. Drove 40 ks to their site, waited 15 minutes to be served, with only 1 other customer being attended to, 1 worman, 4 men, all watching me, finally 1 bloke served me waited another 20 minutes, while he looked for the part, only to be told they didn't have it and they will have to order it in!!! Drove the 40 ks home, a t oitally pointlees waste of fuel, I could have ordered the thing when I rang!!! Inconsiderate customer service.

Bought John Deere 42 inch zero turn and paid cash. Four months later got a invoice for $6250 for mower I had paid cash for saying that I owed them. After 4 months of arguing they realised they had stuffed up. Never opened an account with them and somehow owe them approximately $40 but always paid cash. Turns out they can harras you for months about a bill that's not yours and make you pay.disgusting service. Never again my solicitor will be in contact with them shortly as I'm over it
