I rang up to see if they are a branch out for Australia Post,he said yes I asked may I deposit money into my bank account through yours Australia post is my bank for ing,he said no not today,I said not today he said it's against the law with covid,Goodbye,hangs up wt, heck,I wasn't going there to buy lottery tickets,I needed to deposit money to pay my bills before I get fees,that's pretty essential wouldn't you say,I this gentleman was so rude he just didn't want to help,so why is this business open I ask when it is not providing essential services.Maybe he should close his doors if this is the customer service I you receive. NO HELP AT ALL extremely rude and uneducated,I could not make it to any other,post office in time another service suggested them lost my business.
