Very professional and more when I have had any interaction with Jason
Rings me to check on when I need my prescriptions always has them ready on time
When he was transferred to Dampier still did my precipitations and delivered to me in his own time at no extra cost
If my drugs get changed and he has done up my pack it was never any problem for him to re do pack ( even if I had opened it)

This wonderful pharmacy would have to be the best I have ever come across in my life. This is not an understatement, the Pharmacist Deborah goes out of her way to assist you in anyway she can.

The pharmacy shop is located at the rear of the Wickham shopping centre and has lots of parking space plus plenty of disabled parking bays.

Deborah is truly a credit to her profession and to the Pharmacy. She is such a perfectionist and it shows by the way she treats her customers.

I highly recommend this wonderful pharmacy!

It's ok but the pharmacist is a bit pushy trying to decide on his own terms when I should have my medication... Just follow the instructions on my script an that's it!!

Dont get me wrong, it's great that this service is in Wickham, HOWEVER the guy's not very organised and his customer service needs some improvement. Handed in 3 scripts with only one to be filled. Expected that it had to be ordered in and it was. Went back to pick up, after some time of him searching, got qty 2 -" It's free and finishes the script" (go figure). Realised the next day that I didn't get the other 2 prescriptions back. Phoned ahead, him: "They're not here", me: "They have to be, I left them with you" Back and forth a few times with me starting to get ticked before he 'found' them. Not a good experience this time, but when it's the only one around for hundreds of km's, what can you do?

Far out! Worst customer service ever and I'm not joking! And thats saying something.... The pharmacist was the most miserable, unhelpful borderline argumentative service provider Ive ever met..

Unfortunately here in Wickham you guys are just stuck with him. Unless it's urgent then I'd rather drive to Karratha than see him again.

Worst pharmacy in Australia. PBS scripts charged at double of anywhere else. Rude and arrogant pharmacist, no manners and no patience. Advise to avoid completely and drive the extra kms to Karratha.

Who is that rude man who works in the pharmacy? He was here at this time last year.

This guy has the Worst customer service in the world from the minute i got to the counter he was speaking down to me and with attitude like i wanted to be there spending 💰 on overpriced medications,
When you bring business to a company you should be treated with respect he only gets away with it beacuse there's nowhere else in town, it's simple treat people like you would like to be treated.

would rather eat 30 sticks than come here again. man took 20 minutes for something that should take no more than 2.
