Their service has been amazing, staff are friendly and have gone above and beyond to accommodate for our family needs at such a traumatic time in our lives.
They have helped to take some pressure off by offering a large family room apartment so that we were able to be together to help and support each other through such uncertain times.
The Apartments are big, clean, comfortable and Pet friendly😘

The rooms are great, very clean and the utensils are quite new and all function well. The parking was easy and secure. This is our 3rd Quest and Rudolph at the Reception was fantastic. Very professional and service oriented. He looked after all the guests well.

We are immensely grateful for the exceptional care and support provided by the Quest Hotel in Prahan during a profoundly challenging time for our family. When our beloved mother was admitted to the ICU, the compassionate and thoughtful service we received from the hotel staff truly made a world of difference.

Perfect location close to Chapel st shopping, Prahran markets and public transport. The friendliest of staff and nothing was too much trouble for Rudolph.
Rooms were tidy and very well equipped compared to other apartments I’ve stayed out.
I’ll definitely book again next time I’m in Melbourne.

I came up for a girls trip for Taylor Swift and we stayed at the lovely Quest in Prahran. The staff at this accommodation were extremely helpful and lovely, not limited to Cathy who I dealt with over the phone and in person. The rooms were clean and spacious which is very helpful when staying with a group of people. Highly recommend Quest Prahran, will definitely be staying again

My Aunty and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay while my mum was at St. Vincent’s Hospital.
We loved walking around the corner to the Prahran Market and enjoyed a number of beautiful restaurants along Chapel Street.
The staff at Quest went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

After a long drive to Melbourne, it was lovely to check into Quest Prahran and find a welcome note. We stayed in a spacious 3 bedroom townhouse. The rooms are spotless and the staff are very friendly. The location is unbeatable as well, with Chapel Street around the corner and supermarkets and public transport meters away. Will be very happy to stay again!!

Rodolfo, and the team at Quest Prahran were great to deal with. Room was perfect and central to get me where I needed to go in Melbourne. Very close to the train station and places to eat.

Room was very clean and the cleaning staff were delightful to deal with. Access to a smart tv so could relax in the evenings

Stayed here for 5 nights about two weeks ago for the f1 GP. Great location as it's quite close to the Albert Park Circuit and about a 13 minute uber drive to Southbank. Staff were super friendly, room was clean and extremely spacious. Was located on the ground level as we brought our pets with us, super convenient as you can park your car right outside your front door so that was a big plus unloading our luggage and pets. Loved that it had a washing machine/dryer, it's a must when travelling for several days. Heater in the bedroom was super convenient as well as it was super cold in the night. TV has Netflix and Prime which was great, also internet options on the TV to search for things like YouTube etc. Only issue was the bathtub/shower in one. Wish they had a seperate standing shower instead (personal preference only). Aside from that would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. 10/10 thank you!

Boy is this pet friendly place wonderful. Great staff who can't do enough for you makes you feel like a million dollars!!!
All the rooms are neat and clean and very welcoming. And the location is fabulous, being so close to the glorious Prahran Market and groovy Chapel Street with its delicious eateries and trendy boutiques. Two well stocked supermarkets are walking distance away, as is the Jam Factory which screens all the latest movies. And finally the frequent close by trams can take you to so many wonderful places to explore, including the City, Art Galleries, Theatres etc. I just can't thank you enough, Rudolph, Sarah, Kathy and of course Matt.

I have been a client for many years as I place my customers at Quest Prahran whilst they reside in Melbourne. The staff are their biggest asset - the Receptionists, the Management and the Housekeepers. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. They always make me feel so welcome when I visit and nothing is too much trouble. Fabulous location - there are a huge amount of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance. You can walk to Fawkner Park, the Botanical Gardens and The Yarra.

This was the second time I stayed here and again loved it! The appartments are clean and big, the cleaning service is great! All staff is really helpfull and nice. I recommend this one to everybody. Close to Melbourne CBD, but also just around the corner there are many good places for food and drinks.

Great location near Prahan Market. We stayed a week in a very spacious one bedroom unit while visiting with family members in Elwood and St Kilda. We’ve stayed here several times over the years and will certainly stay again.

Second time at the Quest Prahran. It’s a great place in a awesome location, plenty of shops/cafes and nightlife nearby. The team really look after you and always there if you need help.
The rooms are cleaned tidy and the beds are really comfortable.

Love staying here, location is excellent and you can park easily. The rooms are great and well equipped. Prahran market, Chapel Street and Toorak road very close and trams and train close by! I always stay here when in Melbourne.

Highly recommend was Absolutely Spot on Service from all angles, very helpful staff! Been able to use a Local gym for free was a real added Bonus! Apartments was extremely well cleaned everytime 😊

I travel a lot but recently I had an unwell family member and stayed near the hospital at quest prahran. Rudolf at the front desk is amazing. They were responsive to our needs and flexible. Outstanding service. Rooms are functional and big, wifi good. I will be back.
