I have been receiving chiropractic care at In Touch, on and off for several years when I've found myself in need. The improvements I feel physically, mentally and emotionally are very significant and noticeable. Having spent many years exploring different styles and techniques of chiropractic, I always keep returning to Dr Emily as her unique approach to wellness and chiropractic care just works perfectly for me.
I highly recommend In Touch to many of my friends and family and encourage everyone to make a commitment to their own healing by seeing one of these amazing chiropractors.

I have seen many chiropractors over the last 15 years but Dr Emily Sist is my absolute favourite, I have been seeing her for about 3 years now and I am blown away by what an amazing practitioner she is. She's a holistic, gentle, thorough, insightful, genuine, caring chiropractor and her results speak for themselves. I have referred many people to her over the years for various health issues and everyone is always impressed with her. She does an amazing job with kids, my daughter has been seeing her for a few years and has experienced improvements in learning, sleeping and much more. I cannot recommend Dr Emily highly enough for any chronic health issues or just a tune up she is an absolute godsend. Everyone must experience the powerful & healing chiropractic care offered by Dr. Emily Sist. Emily specialises in N.S.A and B.G.I techniques. She is an intelligent and intuitive bodyworker who has a in-depth understanding of how to heal the body, mind and soul. I have been seeing Emily for a number of years now and her care has been nothing short of life changing for me. I recommend her to everyone that I know or meet. When I walk out of a session I feel like I’ve had a 2 hour massage that’s how good my body feels. Not only that, I feel confident, clear headed, joyful and a deep sense of gratitude.

I use NSA weekly to keep me performing at my optimum. Dr Emily is skilled and caring woman. If you are after a more gentle style of chiropractic care i highly recommend
