Bunnings Busselton

Charlie and the other gentleman (sorry, I forgot to check his name tag) at the trade desk this morning were extremely helpful and courteous. Also, there was another mature gentleman in the plumbing supplies section that was very helpful. It’s great having friendly people with knowledge and a good attitude assist you.

We were even thanked for our business on our way out by Charlie.

We wanted to commend the team at Busselton for their fantastic efforts and organisation for the Family Easter Fun night last night!! The activities, rewards and events were just perfect and so well set up. Nobody was left out, there was no stress and everyone had a chance to participate. The little passports were a fantastic idea!! Well done guys, we can't wait to see what you do for Christmas 😊🐰

The staff are amazing, helped me find the right screw for my daughters brace. They could see I was distressed and really helped me which was lovely.

We were visiting Bunnings Busselton after buying a caravan in town we were amazed by the service of one staff member who went out of his way to ask us whether we needed help with finding an item this is the first time that this has happened to us in a bunnings store in a long time. We were very happy with the service we received in this store.

Sometimes you go to a shop with no hope and no plan, a bit ashamed of your lack of skills, and then you meet knowledgeable, kind and helpful people like Andy, who solves your problem in a second. Good work Busselton Bunnings!! Unlike so many visits to other stores as we travel Australia today was 5 stars mostly thanks to Debbie who came up to us today and asked what help we needed and she walked us to the location where our product should be, it wasn’t there! She called another member who didn’t know what it was as it’s just been released:
She went off and found this new brand new product in the warehouse that was on a delivery cage that was 3 cages deep and brought it to us and gave that small town personal service, you need to keep this woman Bunnings management!

Paint section: I've been to the paint section many times but I must say this young lady named Gemma is quick, efficient & her customer service skills is top class. Nothing is too hard for her. This young lady would be an asset to any company...lucky Bunnings

Massive hardware box store, friendly, helpful staff. I get tired of being asked if I need help though. But that's just my own personality I think. Clean toilets, a cafe, play gym for the kids, garden centre, trade centre, etc.

I asked about the adhesive vinyl flooring pieces to a female staff today. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you so much.

Garden centre employees always helpful
