The best customer service I’ve ever had. Been going to this store for a while now and always found the staff willing to go out of their way to help.

I had a lovely interaction with the gent in this store today. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining different vape system options. Excellent selection of juices. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I just experienced what I consider to be outstanding customer service. And I wasn't even a customer.

I came in with the intention to buy a new tank and accessories, since the one I bought during travels in Malaysia just gave me grievance. Pablo, one of the owners, and I started chatting a bit and he soon explained to me, that not the tank (or me) was the problem but the liquid I brought. The mixture just wasn't right. And it would not have been right for any of the many different tanks I could have bought from him.

So instead of just selling me the tank I asked for, he helped me not to be disappointed again. And even more: He fixed everything he could at my tank, some tweaks here and there and even made the liquid work.

In the end I left the store happy, enlightened, with a working vape and still hadn't spent a dime... I mean, how cool was that? Awesome!

Great store. They have a pretty good range of juice, both local and from overseas. Plenty of new tanks with good advice. You can also buy PG and VG if you are into your DIY. They have a quite a few FA flavours as well. If you are near Freo or visiting, I would recommend checking out Wet Wicks.

This shop is awesome i met with Pablo and his knowledge on the vaping systems and fluids is top notch you can pick all you need and he can guide you where to legally get the nicotine from internet, can drop in for a chat and vape while your in the store I highly recommend wet wicks to help with a healthier smoking life style

Awsome service from these guys at both mandurah and freo stores. Been chasing 2 RTAs for almost a week and finally found them at wet wicks. We were down in mandurah and popped in to see if they had any. Mandurah had them just not in colours i wanted but the lady there rang the other stores and had the team at freo set them aside for us. Also offered for them to deliver the ones i wanted to mandurah to save me the trip. Cruised into freo with both RTAs already ready at the front desk waiting for me. Awsome customer service and very friendly and helpful staff. Thankyou wet wicks will definatley be visiting your stores again.

Awesome vape bar, wade in through the clouds and you'll find their 180+ range of flavours to choose from, all available to sample and also the staff are super enthusiastic about all the flavourd they jave and finding you the right one. Great selection and not too bad pricing either. I'll definitely be going back.

A favourite hangout spot for vapers in Fremantle, the staff are extremely fun and helpful! The store has a range of more than 200 flavors in store and every juice can be sampled using their amazing Dolphin Vape systems.
For Vapers struggling to find flavors they like, the try before you buy makes this store great value for money, and enjoyable every time. The staff always have time to help out with inexperienced vapers and are experts in their field, tank, coil or mod problem solving is a breeze with these guys. The store is a classic Bar style making the place an ideal social atmosphere for vapers of every kind to share experiences and passion for vaping!
