Cafe PreVue

Brilliant cafe in Wangaratta. Vibe was perfect on a sunny morning seating outside. Coffee was great and our egg dishes with cooked perfectly. We are back next month and have already booked breakfast. A great and satiating start to the day before we head out to wineries. See you soon.

Edit: visited again and they don’t disappoint. A very filling meal, eggs cooked perfectly, can’t go wrong.

There's a reason why this restaurant has many 5 star ratings: the food, the service, and the location, I went here with 3 others and all 4 of us raved about how amazingly good the meals we had for lunch were. I would've only expected experience this standard in Melbourne's high-class restaurant scene. Will be back again, We'll done ✔

Yummy!! Such a great cafe, with unbelievable food. The chippies were perfectly crisp, the sandwiches were fresh and flavoursome, coffees were yum. Service was great too- Erica and Karen were so lovely and helpful. They even gave us great tips about the area!

Enjoyed our Burger for lunch. The tiny side dish of haloumi wasn't worth the extra cost unfortunately. Very happy with the Pet friendly outside dining with our puppy. Would happily come back again.

A picturesque café with an excellent view. They have the most efficient and friendly staff, the strongest coffee beans and the freshest ingredients!

We had the PreVue breakfast and the perfectly poached egg was sitting on a crunchy piece of toast, the bacon was so savoury and complemented the fresh spinach and slice of tomato! The mushroom though, it was the best we've ever had. Soft and just full of flavour!

Will definitely come back!

A great place with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff just took the extra time to accomodate us. We’ve been here a few times and the service is tops. We met friends there that had 2 dogs and they made sure we had shade and water. Everyone loved the food. Fritters were rated very highly. I loved the fish tacos. We’ll done.

Didn’t disappoint! Great food delivered promptly and went down a treat. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Highly recommended.

Love this place! Yummy food, crisp clean vibe, view of the river, excellent wait staff (and super friendly too!), and aircon! The perfect cafe for this weary driver on a long road trip in hot weather. Thanks to all the staff!

OMG, breakfast was a hard decision but I went for the Avocado and egg on toast…and yes, it tastes as good as it looks. Customer Service is excellent, the perfect coffee came out lightening fast, my breakfast order just as speedy. The meal was so tasty I gobbled it down even quicker! Can’t wait to try the Eggs Benedict tomorrow morning. The location overlooking the river and promenade is brilliant.

Beautiful food and atmosphere. On a busy lunch service the wonderful matre de was able to fit the four of us in. Thank you so much. Best lunch we’ve had for a while!

Dropped through here on the way to Melbourne and was so pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of food!
I had a warm Thai Beef Salad and a hot lemon water with ginger and honey and they were both devine!

Let’s start with the Uber generous serving of the Chai. Great flavour with it being T2. Partner liked her coffee. Mushrooms in our big breakfast were delicious. Chutney brought it all together really well along with the buttery eggs and assortment of other items. The bacon was of the standard that I expected and disappeared quickly! Cool place, waitress's were lovely and helpful, big portions of good quality food. Loved my coffee and my smoothie. The location was the cherry on the cake, relaxing and calm by the water.

Delicious salmon rustic rosti and good strong coffee. Friendly and prompt service. We appreciate you accommodating our large group on this weekend away. Perfect stop before the drive back to Melbourne.

Located in a nice little pocket overlooking the river. Great variety on the menu and although a little pricey, was worth it for the quality of the food, the portion sizes and perfect cooking. The poached eggs and bacon were scrumptious and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the pancakes. The staff were very friendly and the service was great. Would definitely recommend PreVue.

We shared the chicken and waffles and the avo toast. Both were delicious. I would have exoected slightly larger serving sizes for the price but it was still a great meal. The coffee was also very good.

We visited on Christmas Eve and everything was outstanding. Service was polite and quick, the coffee delicious, and the food - yum!
We ordered the eggs benny (my husband), smashed avo (me) and eggs + soldiers for our 17 month old son. Everything got demolished!
Our son particularly enjoyed his baby cino too 😋
Other huge standout for us was the baby change facilities in the toilet area. Really well sets up and clean. Hugely appreciate this while travelling.
