Was a nice find in Freo for a quick and simple lunch. Great customer service and reasonably priced food.

Katsu Bento - the chicken katsu was tender with great crumb batter. Salad was also good.

Soy ramen - a good bowl of ramen. Broth was hot and tasty; ramen has correct texture.

We also enjoyed the takeaway alburi salmon sushi. Will definitely return for lunch.

Even the takeaway is great, absolutely delicious as always though I'd still recommend dining in if you can!

Really delicious and reasonably priced! The salmon poke bowl was $13, and came with very fresh salmon cubes marinated in a tasty marinade. Generous amount of rice (we couldn't finish it!), only wish it came with slightly more veges. The yakiniku beef bento was only $12.50 + $3.30 for two extra little dishes of agedashi tofu, and tofu+marinated chicken in a sukiyaki flavoured broth. Very generous serving of beef that was tender and tasted like Japan. Will definitely be back :)

THE BEST Japanese food south of river!
We have been regular customers for over 10years and referred friends and family who all love it.

Nice friendly service. We ate our food in the restaurant. It was delicious. Portion size was generous. Very reasonably priced.

I have been coming here since before it moved from the woolstore shopping centre.( So I do have some bias as it hits me with nostalgia every time I go.)

The staff are friendly and provide good service. Their food is delicious and well priced (especially with prices rising every where).

Assorted vegetarian tempura (they had avocado!) deluxe Bento - I chose agedashi tofu and seaweed as side dishes ($20), and chicken katsu sushi. Very good value. All tasty and fresh.
Lovely service.
We dined in. Nothing fancy but seats were surprisingly very comfortable.

This hidden gem is my new go to. Best Japanese in Fremantle! Fresh sashimi, great presentation and I love the salad and miso soup. They are all 10/10 and the staff are very friendly. I’ll keep coming back. Thank you!

Don’t really leave reviews often but the food was really good (Katsu Chicken Curry and Beef Udon Noodles) and had really reasonable prices. Definitely recommend, might become a staple for our stay in Freo.

delicious Japanese tucker. Incredible value and generous portions. And right in the heart of freo - what more could you want!

Good food, decent portions to price, fast, affordable.

Only gripe is 4 pieces of karage chicken for my curry although I am stuffed and extra two pieces would of been godly.

Also got charged for a miso ramen by accident but they were quick to pick up on it and refunded me which was awesome.

Their food tastes good and is not expensive. Their food is authentic, the staff are Japanese.

I come in multiple times a week for my lunch break. They now know my order off my heart, lovely staff and amazing food! Definitely a favourite place to eat
