Best 7/11 I have been to yet. Stocked, super clean and very spacious.

Best 7/11 I have encountered in Melbourne. Loved how they renovated the store. The staff (Sundar) was amazing and kind.

ps: They have a smoothie machine.

Best 7-11 amongst the hawthorn stores. Newly renovated with fancy coffee machines and good Slurpee flavours. Friendly and helpful staff too!

Just been there. Staff fine, renovated shop looks great. Manager a W@nker. Wanted me to wait 1/2 an hour for me to save 50c on a lunch combo! Fnck me if thats not servie!!!

Average and small. Difficult to fill Petrol as the pump keeps clicking off every second.

Very bad service by an indian person. In the night shift. Very rude. After hours the won’t let us in. That’s ok but When we asked for coffee, he said that “I’m not a barista “

Was there to refill the fuel at 1 am.
Been told prepaid only when I was outside. Ok, fine.
After inside the store, they told me cash only at the moment. 7-11? Cash only? Ok, fine.
Back to the car with 50 dollars and clearly said refill for 50 dollars . However It did not stop until 70+ dollars when I realised. What is the reason for me to prepaid 50 dollars but did not set the amount on it for a prepaid service?? Ok, fine.
Took another 20+ dollars to the store again. and asked for invoice. The guy had double checked about the invoice before handed to me. But it’s still a wrong invoice which was not belong to mine. Clearly can see the difference from the amount. Ok, fine.
Asked to change a correct one. The guys said he had to call the manager to ask first!!! Seriously?? We spent almost half hour for refill a fuel only at 1am. Totally waste of my time with a really unprofessional service.
Would definitely not going back to this 7-11 for sure.

Wanted to use the microwave to heat up my lunch, told I couldn’t do so. First time ive been told that in 2 years at any servo.
I also did make a purchase so I don’t know why they just couldn’t let me use it.

Manager don't know how to manage. I took 7/11moneygram online voucher. And he was just saying go to machine and do process frm beginning. If that was so why would 7/11 spend it's money in making online thing and make easy to customer. Even i told other station do this easily. He was not ready to listen. Disgusting manager, need to be fired from position.

Bad customer service, I Asked microwave and lied very easy and said don’t have which was right behind him and then I pointed to the microwave what’s that ? Had nothing to say .
it’s better to say you cannot use .

Was desperately starving so got a pastry from here and now I am tossing up whether I should go to hospital or not.
