Wendys Milk Bar Warrnambool

We are regular customers at our local Wendy’s. Always greeted with a smile by the happy friendly staff. Love the food, love the service, love the wonderful staff.

Even so ever helpful when my child dropped her milkshake all over the ground. It was no trouble for them to clean it up and even replace her milkshake for nothing.

The best customer service. Always greeted with a smile and so patient with my children ordering as they can never make up their mind on what they want. Never had a bad experience and a shout out to the staff who always manage to make small talk with myself and my children. Always made feel very welcomed, everytime. We love Wendy's Warrnambool 😄😋

Wendy's is one of the most organised, efficient and cleanest take away food business in the plaza. The staff are friendly, attentive and quick. Food is fresh and tasty. Hygiene, service and food is over all 10/10 for me. There is always a queue there so other people think so too.

Always a lovely experience with these guys. They are efficient and friendly. They always greet me with a smile and how are you going today. Our kids love the freshly cooked doughnuts which are always a special treat. Really enjoy supporting our locals and their businesses.

I can't believe that some customers like Bernadine have no respect for people in customer service. The staff don't have to put up with with rudeness. Unfortunately though they still have to serve you. From the sidelines I can say you were out of line and deserved what you got.

I've had nothing but a great experience from wendys. They are always quick to serve even when they are super busy. It is one of the busiest take away places in gateway plaza and I think they do a great job getting through the customers. Looking at the reviews of recent I believe people need to show a bit of respect compassion. They have been at our disposal though the whole of covid and they still serve you with a smile. One day they won't be there and you'll be winging that there is no wendys. Be patient people they are a great team.

Amazing staff. Amazing food. Amazing customer service. Whether I need some cinnamon donuts to sweeten my week or if it's a "shake and dog" for lunch that I seek... The food is always delicious and staff super helpful.!

I love this Kiosk! The staff are always attentive, kind and considerate. They were able to create a Soy milkshake for me which I found very accommodating. They tailor their service to the needs of each individual customer and it creates a very welcoming atmosphere.

The Staff at Wendy’s Warrnambool are the most friendly and obliging staff I have found at a fast food takeaway joint. Ellie and Mike are the nicest people you could have serve you and the donuts yum.

I tend to get Wendy’s every Sunday as a cheat meal and I find every time I come here it’s worth it the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is tasty and well made I’m looking forward to coming again for my next feed

Best flavour thick shakes in town, make them just right, not to little not to much flavour. And the service is just wonderful, service with a smile.. highly recommend
