The Houses Daylesford

This weekend myself and my family stayed at the Cedar and Stone in Porquipine Ridge just outside of Daylesford and we had the most magical time.

Jess who I had the majority of my dealings with was beyond accommodating and did her best to ensure the 14 of us where able to celebrate our mums 60th birthday in the most magical way.

We will definitely be back!

Service was extremely good, we called on a Friday night and ant ( who has horse named Tiffany) helped us sort out our get away with our little dog. The following week. We stayed at daydream cottage, one of the pet friendly accommodations.
So clean, great location, maybe a 3 min walk from main town.
The garden was secure, we very much enjoyed our stay. Will be back!

My book club of 9 ladies and myself all enjoyed our weekend staying in Picadilly House, Daylesford. From the quirky furnishings to the lovely art work we found it very enjoyable. The gas heater and ducted made sure if was very cosy. There was plenty of seating for 10 people in the lounge and kitchen and the beds made up as singles were very comfortable. We made full use of the well maintained kitchen. If you have to have the most modern of facilities this house is not for you, but if you like a shabby chic ethos with an excellent location you will enjoy this house with its beautiful garden.

Very friendly, acxomodating and prompt of all enquiries. I love all their accomodations. They are always clean.

We had such a beautiful getaway at Foxmere. We were looking for pet friendly accommodation and booked in for our 10 year anniversary. The house was so clean, well presented and styled beautifully. All the little details made for a wonderful stay. We absolutely fell in love with Daylesford.

We just had a lovely stay at Cedar and Stone with a large group of family and friends. The property was private enough for us to enjoy the fire pit under the stars late into the night.

The staff were super helpful with our questions and handled everything smoothly. Strongly recommend a visit to this property.

Stayed at The Garden House for 3 nights recently in Autumn, with a few friends. The property lived up to its name, with its grounds kept immaculate. The Garden House is represented well on The Houses Website, and the reservations team were extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly when enquiring about booking.
The property was very clean and had everything we needed, we felt very at home. Beautifully furnished with no detail spared, even a pizza oven which we used during our stay.
I will be reaching out to The Houses Daylesford for any future stays, which there will be many!

We have stayed a couple of times at Carrington House and it is stunning. Beautifully appointed, plenty of room for our group to relax and socialise. We are a hiking group and it was perfect for our needs. Excellent to have a washing machine and dryer as well. We all loved being so close to the centre of Daylesford yet it was a peaceful place to stay. The office is easy to deal with, very efficient and helpful. The properties are well cared for. We have already booked for 2023. Can't wait to return

Excellent weekend getaway. The place has so much character and very well designed and decorated with art pieces making it a luxurious house. We had a great time. It is well stocked with crockery, cutlery and all electronic gadgets. Loved our stay and will definitely go back again! Thank you

Our group of 13 had a fabulous stay at Lewellyn House. The accommodation was kept to a high standard and had everything we needed for our 4 days. As well, it was in a very central location, within walking distance of the main shopping centre, the market and just across the road from the wonderful Convent Art Gallery. To top it off, the people who care for the place are wonderful. And honest. I lost jewellery of great value to me which thankfully they located, and returned, which I am extremely grateful for. Thank you.

I stayed at a property managed by The Houses Daylesford in Hepburn Springs and I am extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by the property manager, Jessica Walsh, during a small hiccup where alternative accommodation was organsied for myself and my group swiftly. Jess was extremely helpful and professional and I would recommend this business to anyone considering a stay in the area.

We have always had the most wonderful experiences with The Houses Daylesford. We've stayed at many of the homes on offer and the website and descriptions have always been spot on. The team are so helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend booking with them. You wont be disappointed!

We have been staying at the beautiful Lewellyn House in Daylesford to host our regular weekend yoga retreats and are so pleased with the accommodation. The house is charming with many interesting details that make the house feel luxe and unique. It is the perfect place for groups as it is well equipped and has a huge dining table and lounge area. Our guests rave about the house and we would highly recommend for anyone's stay in Daylesford.

The team at The Houses are fantastic! I run a craft retreat business and use a variety of houses for accommodation. The houses are always spectacular with everything you could ever need and the customer service from the team is impeccable!

The house is absolutely stunning, with a mix of entertaining/dining areas to suit all sorts of weather. The setting is 10/10!

Theresa's finishing touches were beautiful. All the little things were thought of and meant there was never a dull moment.

Put this house on your Daylesford bucket list - it is a ripper.

Dalesford is one of our favourite victorian destinations and whenever we stay there is at The Houses Daylesford.
Great people great service and great facilities beautifully located in the heart of Daylesford. Cannot wait to stay again. We highly recommend a stay.
