We are so grateful for the exceptional care Emma, Lou and Bella gave our beloved cat during a critical emergency. Thanks to them he is still with us, we could not have asked for a better team to treat him following a very serious incident. Emma went above and beyond in every way, and was so wonderful to us too, we were so worried and she kept us fully informed with detailed updates, often out-of-hours. We cannot recommend her and her team highly enough, their care for animals and their human families is outstanding.

This was my first time attending this vet clinic with my dog Jess and I feel that it was the first place Jess felt at ease.

Usually she shivers tries to hide under the chair and is quite nervous but all the staff were excellent with her and she calmed down straight away.

The overall experience was amazing the consult was thorough and the vet was very diligent with her check up including checking Jess's eyes, coat, weight, ears, teeth etc. I haven't always had that with other vets so I will definitely be coming back with Jess in the future.

Wonderful service, squeezed me in to see Maggie today who was uncomfortable with ear infection on this 32 deg day. Dr Emma was great, explained everything, did all the tests & investigations there & then, the medication at hand and one happy little Westie tonight. Highly recommend ☺🐾🙏🏽

She is so empathetic and relatable. When our old doggie could not go on anymore she came to our home for the final good bye it was so lovely of her.

Emma is a very caring Vet and her staff are very helpful. Some 3 weeks ago l had to put my beautiful kelpie Zac to sleep because of liver cancer " 12 yrs old ", it broke my heart. I want to say how sadly wonderful Dr Marks was and the nursing staff was for this very sad time. I will be always soo grateful for your help and understanding. Many tears by me and you people were soo understanding .

Under difficult circumstances of social distancing, the staff conducted examination of animals inside with owners outside a window. Mark, the vet who saw my little dog was gentle and thorough with Cody, and honest and helpful with me. I felt satisfied and comforted by the whole experience. Thankyou.

Truly the best experience with a Vet to date .
Incredibly kind, I was given a considerable amount of time with helping my anxious dog , with tips to reduce his symptoms (mostly adapting my behaviours lol) and some natural remedies .
Very fair with costing as well ...definitely our new vet from this point forward ❣🙏

Best Vet Clinic ever. Emma stayed back till 7pm as our 2 dogs needed attention and surgery. Very kind and patient. Makes you feel at ease.

Hepburn Vet was recommended as a caring veterinary clinic, but it far exceeded our expectations. Our ageing and tottery 15 year old Staffie appeared to be on his last legs, but ministrations from the lovely Emma resulted in virtually a new dog. Two days later, he was acting like a two year old and has done ever since. In other vets, we've had to lift that 23kg lump up onto a table for examination, something that was not at all comfortable for him, but Emma, bless her, got down on the floor with him and made a fuss of him. Brilliant stuff. There's no other veterinary clinic that I'd now bother with, Hepburn veterinary Clinic is TOPS.

A bit of a wait, but that was because the vet Emma is so thorough. Our German shepherd Max had a cold, and he's better now. What more could you want?
