Coles Daylesford

My partner and I were visiting Hepburn Springs just about a month ago, when we came across this little old Coles. We were met with a lovely staff member named Hayden. Who took the initiative to show us an easier way to use the check out machines when purchasing the slabs of soft drink.

Small coles in a small town. They have the basics and aren’t that up priced. Staff was polite. No issues finding what we needed (for mozzy bites) and basically what you would expect for a small get-away town.

Parking is easy. Everyone wore a mask. Contactless delivery was an option. Good handicap spots.

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff, which to me makes part of the reason l go back. The quality of meat, greens, fruit & Coles gluten free selection l'm very grateful to have Coles close to home. Last Xmas we bought all of our Xmas meats etc from Coles & the meat was so delicious, plus everything else was yummy.

A good Coles supermarket with everything you need. It's not huge inside but they have a good selection and the service is lovely.

Quite handy as you don't need to carry all your staples with you as you changed them in town.

Parking is very easy too. Oh and there's a liquorland next door too.

You can also recycle your soft plastic's here which is helpful too.

This time off year it's hard to get a park. Once inside it's cool and is typical of any other Coles Supermarket. Easy to shop and reasonably well sign-posted. Good for FlyBuys and Glasses credits even while on holidays.

We went to this coles during our stay in Daylesford. Price of fruits and vegetables are much cheaper compared to the city. The staff was helpful too.

As a local, I'm extremely appreciative for the staff at Coles in Daylesford. They are attentive, friendly, helpful and so very patient. As a tourist destination, Daylesford and surrounds is always busy on weekends. Nowhere more than Coles. Staff work hard. Very hard. Supporting them, with extra staff on registers is one thing you could do. Recognise your staff's performance and improve customer satisfaction. Long cues and unattended registers while we still have Covid restrictions are at times inconvenient.

All the daily basis goods in one place with good healthy food according to your choice. Reasonable price.

I actually work here - the fact that it is a smaller store is pretty cool lol and as a staff member the community who shops here always recognize you and its an alright place to work. I usually work Produce.

This Coles has great service big store to chose the brand and food U are looking for parking very accessible and easy to find.
