Look to be fair its in the markets and not high class bit still lovely to stop and eat. The line was huge! But I can see why. The bahn mi was beautiful. Lovely thick pork belly they had alot of different types of meat. The price was so so good! Service is fast paced. The rolls were not chewy or hard very fresh.

I've been a loyal customer here for quite some time! This is my go-to for cheap, fast, and decent banh mi. Among the various options, I recommend the roast pork and grilled pork banh mi. While prices have gone up over time and now hover around $7 ($7.50 for roast pork), the value is still quite competitive compared to other places. The portion sizes are decent, and the taste is consistent.

The popularity of this place is obvious with the usual long line, especially during weekend lunch hours

Tell me one place that sells ban mee for 7, 50. That value here is crazy. The bread is nice and crispy and the grilled pork is absolute magnificent. Vegetables nice and fresh. What can you wish more for

The best, cheapest and the most authentic taste banhmi I’ve ever tasted in Perth, the banhmi was crunchy and there were so many vegetables, pickles vegie (carot and radish), and flavorful butter, it also had coriander which is delicious.
Highly recommend, the roasted pork banhmi full toppings with chilies is my favorite, here is my go to when I’ve ever crave for banhmi, you won’t regret trying this banhmi with sugarcane juice 🤩

Great. We usually by Bahn Mi from here because they are delicious! Great value for money too as they are only $6. Today however, we tried something new. I ordered the grilled beef dry noodle and my partner got seafood dish. Both were delicious and we can't wait to come back to try more of the menu. Cherry on the top was all the condiments on each table.

What flavours, what freshness, and the most excellent prices for grade A cuisine. I will come back here again and again. They have great options for gluten free and dairy free people. Vietnamese food at its best in Perth, right here. Very authentic. I had the roast pork bahn mi this time but next time with get literally anything on the menu: it all looked incredible and I went at a lunchtime and the line was very long, so clearly a favourite amongst many.

I’ve now had the Bahn mi, the roast chicken and rice plate, and the teriyaki chicken salad. And all 10/10

Hands down one of the best place for authentic pho and banh mi, I've had good pho in Hanoi so I know my pho. The owner was extremely nice and the customer service she provide was exceptional, I ordered pho but requested for chicken meat instead of beef and she accepted the order 👍👍. You can order sugarcane juice too which was refreshing to drink, please know that the sugarcane drink have lime juice added. If you only want pure sugarcane juice without the lime juice please let them know when ordering. Definitely will be back here for more pho and banh mi👌 This place is 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent food and prices are great. Everything is very fresh tasting and comes out quick. One of the best Bahn mi I have had and definitely best I have had in Perth. They have vegetarian options for most dishes as well.

This is an amazing Vietnamese restaurant. The value is literally the best in Perth, only $5.5 for a banh mi or bao and $10.9 for a bowl. The food was delicious and the especially the roast pork options, they were very crunchy and tasty. It is great for a quick, healthy bite with the family or friends. I am definitely returning again when visiting Coventry markets :)

Hands down, one of the best Bhan mi in Perth. I bought the grilled beef bhan mi, a bit hesitant at the beginning but the taste is so fascinating. The beef is tasty the vegie is fresh and the bread is crispy. Defo will come back for another menu...

And please be patient there will be always a line but it was quick service.

First time there. Sylvester loves the Bahn Mi bagel cause it has very good roasted pork in it. Another friend recommended the very best fried beef rice. I tried classic Pho beef noodle. Ordered with rare beef on top so that I could dip it into the hot soup to get the medium rare the way I wanted. We sat at the indoor area under the hangging colourful umbrellas , the breeze at the 22 C was very cooling. Nice weather today.

$5.50 for banh mi? Are you kidding me? They are so delicious and affordable. Plus the pho noodle soup and rice vermicelli salad noodle are only $10.90 per bowl, size are pretty huge as well. Highly recommended!

There should be more amazing restaurants like this one. They were able to make my meal 100% gluten free and were willing to cook with a container of olive oil that I provided. This supported my anti inflammatory diet. Wish Perth restaurants would be more like this. Even the so called healthy ones don’t do this. I could name so many that don’t.

Food is delicious and very good value. Everything is fresh and flavourful. Highly recommend the fresh sugarcane juice and banh mi, the best lunch you can get for cheap. Very busy on weekends but they offer takeaway for everything too. Love this place!!

Old time favourite place for banh mi.
Even when we are dine in somewhere else in coventry village, we are still having the bahn mi to take home.
Prices are excellent & quality and taste always great.
Their noodle dishes also moreish.
Service is always good. The ladies at this place are nice and friendly, although some of them not fluent in english.
If you feel need a kick for your alertness, you need to order their fantastic vietnamese ice coffee.

Reminiscent of a hole in the wall style eatery but don't let the size of this place out you off, and if there is a que then do wait as it is well worth it. They have a great menu to select from all at very good prices. If you are a fan of Vietnamese food, or if you want to try it for the first time, then you should try out Roll vs Bowl. Definately well worth the five star rating.

I always get the Pork chop and Rice #21, absolutely amazing. the only thing is, it gets very busy so you do have to wait awhile....but it is worth it...
