I popped in asking for a spare part for an old band saw (not bought here and not the brand they carry) so they couldn't help me out. But even when they knew I won't do any business with them, they were very helpful, trying to source the part elsewhere or point me in the right direction. They know they stuff. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to come for an expert advice. 5 star service. Thanks lads.

Dale was extremely helpful on the phone when I was enquiring about a Makita line trimer, went to take a look half an hour later and the trimmer was behind the counter waiting for me.
He also told me to get it registered online to get the 5 year warranty.
Really impressed with his customer service skills.

I was on the job at the time and needed a tool in a hurry but was short $10 they worked out a discount for me and I was back on the job sooner than I thought. ;)

i just popped in to purchase a bosch line trimmer. i told joshua i needed bosch because of my investment in cordless bosch gear, all with same battery format. joshua did not hesitate to refer me to a bosch supplier (that is his competitor). this business walks the talk. it does not just say it offers customer service. this is evidence of it delivering customer service. rare. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
