Very happy with the quality of the work and the way they cleaned the car when they were finished. The inside and out felt like new! All the staff were lovely, very polite and friendly. A great experience after going through a crash.

Not only is their work top class they are an amazing bunch of kind compassionate people who display a great understanding of how processes such as car repairs can affect people's lives. My initial reaction is very favourable. Great guys behind the front desk to deal with. So far I’ve only had an insurance assessment done which was quick and efficient When the insurance company comes through with the ok and the repair is done I can do another review.

Duty of care went over and above what Willaston Auto Body Repairs are required to attend to as a business in their field. This is a rare quality these days.
I imagine their commitment to customer service, encompased with compassion and understanding has been an important focus from the beginning.
I'm older and have been in that era where customers were treated as friends, who's concerns mattered and were attended to with the highest respect. The staff here have this quality.

I had a small dent repaired and log book service here and I can't say enough about the professionalism, quality of work and care that went into every step of the process. The communication is seemeless and the attention to detail evident in everything they do. Definitely my go to for all my vehicles!

Sam kept us updated with the progress of the repair and some unforeseen damage that was identified mid way through the sprucing up.
It was so exciting to see our sparkling white van waiting to be collected.

I recently had some led headlights installed onto my 2010 WRX STI, turned out great. Very neat and tidy, no loose wires or damage during install. The staff is friendly and genuinely enthusiastic about your vehicle. They even washed it when it was ready to be picked up.

Highly recommended. I am happy of their customer service. Friendly, professional staff and I was updated of any issues of the repair. They did an amazing job. I am really impressed and happy when I got back my car.

I recently had the unfortunate need to have my car repaired after a red light runner in Melbourne. I went to Willaston Auto Body Repairs for a quote, and through my insurance company was able to get my car repaired.

Had to call for a tow on a wet Sunday morning recently. Sam from Willaston Auto Repairs came out, and got us out very efficiently. Made sure we were completely out of the "bogged" area as well. Great customer service.
I would recommend anyone that needs a tow in their catchment area to give them a call.

Just got my car back today after a poor kangaroo caused decent damage, and it looked brand new! There were long delays, at no fault of the repairers, but everything was communicated honestly and frequently. At the end of the day, the quality of the job is more important than the timeframe, and I can’t fault them on their work!
