Salvos Stores Marrickville

Had a really lovely experience here and haven’t seen the place since it was renovated. The staff were really friendly and helpful. As I shopped, I watched them engage with regular customers with familiarity and a big smile. It was a lovey atmosphere. There were some 50% racks/shelves, so there were some good bargains and it felt more like a traditional op-shop experience rather than a frustratingly overpriced one that seems to be much more common amongst op-shops these days.

I visit the store a few times a week, it is light, bright and everything is very reasonably priced. The staff particularly Charlie and Anna are extremely friendly and helpful it's always a great delight to shop there, it brightens my day

This is a gold mine of a Salvo's store. Great selection of books, shoes well organised (Mona did a great job on Monday!) and all the staff are super friendly.

Whenever I've tried an item on the staff are always super complimentary and always amusing in their feedback.

For people looking to shop for cheap cleaning products they also have plenty of regular household cleaning items.

Whilst not a big store it is well organised and an easy space to browse for what you need.

Nice staff, appreciate your donations. All in all a good cause. Recently I tried a pick up from St Vincent's and they were terrible refusing to park in my neighbour's drive way to pick up the furniture saying it's illegal! Wasted a whole morning of mine waiting for them to pick up my donations. I would happily give to the Salvos from now on.
