We used Duo cake design for our wedding cake and we can definitely say it was a huge hit!. We chose chocolate mud cake and red velvet flavours. Our guests only had good comments on the cake. The design was exactly what we were after and Amy was very easy to communicate with. They even delivered the cake locally for free. When we got our son’s birthday cake it exceeded our expectations! It was so beautifully designed and the taste was good too. The communication with Amy was fantastic. Amy was very accommodating to our cake needs from the very beginning. She was super friendly and very responsive when I reached out regarding my wedding cake. We recently used Duo Cake Design for some cupcakes for a 60th birthday party. Dan and Amy were a dream to deal with, the commercial kitchen on their property was extremely clean and professional and most importantly the cakes all looked amazing and tasted even better. Couldn't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again for any future celebrations.

We highly recommend Duo Cake Design! We found them as my husband used to work with Daniel, so I had a looked at their work and wanted to try their cake. After we received our cake tasting box, I knew I wanted them to do our wedding cake. Amy was amazing to work with, I sent Amy the design of the cake I wanted and the cake turned out beautiful and how I just wanted it. The cake was just so dreamy, beautiful and delicious. OMG!! Duo created our dream wedding cake and the buttercream was incredible. Everyone loved our cake, tasted amazing. Vanilla sponge with biscoff buttercream, can't wait to return for our 30th birthday cake and every other event that follows.

We ordered a cake for my daughters 1st birthday and Amy created the most gorgeous and delicious boho rainbow cake we could have imagined! She nailed the requests I had and it came out incredible. Everyone at the party commented how amazing it looked and how it tasted incredible too, not too sweet and nice and moist! Have since ordered 2 more times and can say it was just as delicious! 🥰🧁 will continue to use Amy for future cakes we need for sure.

Amy did such a fantastic job on my 30th birthday cake! I provided her with inspiration photos and she did exactly what I was after. Wow, Amy from Duo Cake Design is a real life superhero, what else can I say? Amy made our wedding cake in April 2021 and everything from initial inquiry through to the cake on the day was seamless and professional, as well as friendly and flexible given uncertainties around covid throughout the process. The cake itself was everything we wanted and more, both absolutely stunning to look at and absolutely delicious. As a lapsed cake decorator and a huge perfectionist - I could not fault absolutely anything about our cake from Amy and could not recommend Duo Cake Design any more highly.
