Autobarn Elizabeth

Installed two front speakers to my car (by me). Not long after, Had a stereo system installed by Mark in Dec 23, they did an outstanding job. A week later I was having issues with the speakers I installed. I was getting feedback and an error message (dc wiring mismatch) on the stereo screen, losing all audio. I took it into Autobarn to have it investigated and fixed. They rewired the front speakers and thought it was fixed (so did I). The same fault came up again. Took it straight back. The tech - Alex - was very thorough, spent four hours on the system chasing the fault. Eventually because of his professionalism, being very persistent and thorough, he identified and fixed the issue. It was that obscure and rare, I don’t think anyone else would have found, identified and fixed it. It’s been two weeks now, and the fault has not re-occurred. Thanks Alex, for the awesome and great job, and for the staff for looking after (putting up with, lol) me . This is just another reason why Autobarn Elizabeth has been my go-to auto parts and accessories store for over ten years.

I had an aftermarket stereo installed in my Dmax & Morris in audio was awesome helping me out as my car’s situation wasn’t a straight forward one. The guys know their stuff including the installers. Highly recommend this store for anything auto.

Iv had Mark serve me twice recently .his customer service is outstanding .
hes friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He is real asset to your company . Ill definately keep coming back for such great customer service, good prices and you've always had things for my car iv been after .

Purchased a head unit for my ute and installed it myself, there was a problem with sound quality and distortion, the service I received to solve the issue was excellent, there was some debate over the cause of the problem and of course they questioned whether I had installed it properly, but in the end I got a replacement and the problem was fixed. Great service, thanks

Soo good yet soo bad at the same time. Staff were friendly but i realised browsing the shelves that i dont have anywhere near enough money for all they goodies there. I found the perfect cleaning brush i was after damn they got alot of good stuff.

went there to get some double sided body moulding tape (some exterior black trim pieces have come off) and decent green coolant most suited to my 84 Sigma. wasn't sure what one as i found 3 choices, so i asked at the parts desk, and was advised against the Autoking at $10 (apparently wasn't much better than cordial, wouldn't have done much for my old girl), and ended up going for the slightly more expensive but worth the extra money Superiol Long life 5L, can't remember if it was the concentrate or premix, was a bit of a darker green.
The other choice was the lighter green Techaloy also in 5L at about $30...?
Quite happy with the pricing overall, as the tape was only $10, and the coolant was on special at around $24...?
pity the closest autobarn is in Elizabeth, but we were in the area for an appointment anyway.
so easy to find things, team members were quite helpful.

I got my stereo upgraded to Android auto and also got a subwoofer installed, we had a couple of issues but the guys at auto barn done everything they could to assist me with the situation. Everything works with both the Android auto and the subwoofer. I'm very happy with everything. I was aslo able to get the facia painted privately finishes it of perfectly. I would definitely recommend auto barn Elizabeth

Always have the info I need about a item if I'm not sure good sales on most of the time and its good how it's upgraded it's more spacious

Visited store yesterday for wiper blades and the employee was more than helpful, explained different types of blades and arms and even fitted the wiper arms to the car. We highly recommend the store and staff. We have been a customer many times and always have had friendly and professional service.

Great revamped shop with plenty of new stock. Definitely worth a visit. 👍

Despite the expansion building work, the staff here were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking for some 5mm wheel hub spacers and the other place was a special order. Autobarn had them in stock and for a cheaper price.
I will definitely be going back here.

Excellent customer service, Mark and the team were amazing. We recently had some trouble installing our new Kenwood head unit but as soon as we approached Mark about it, he knew straight away what to do. His 20+ years experience came into play & he gave us helpful tips to install our head unit and also recommended other items we didn’t know we needed. Thank you Mark and the team for helping us today, We will definitely be back! :)
