Hyde & Partners Medical Centre

Hyde and Partners have been my local Doctors for over 17 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great friendly and efficient service. They recently moved to a new state of the art building and the service is still as good as ever but now in a much roomier and very modern surroundings.

One of the best dr experiences ive had. first appointment was with my 7week old for her immunisations, everyone was friendly, dr was thorough and very pleasant to talk to. Clinic was very clean. Happy that my family could get in.

Everything is very pleasant and works smoothly. The Receptionists are always pleasant and helpful.
I appreciate the carpark with Lift as I use a Cane/Walking stick.
Although its' a bit tight at times I usually find a park OK.
The waiting time varies but usually I don't wait too long to see
Dr. Michael Brown.

Clean, tidy and well organised practice. Courteous and efficient staff. Dr Hiep is a personable young doctor, good communication skills including listening. He explains diagnosis, suggested treatment and follow-up as required. He is a doctor to trust. Makes an appointment a satisfactory proactive experience. I recommend him without reservation.

My husband and I have just moved to the area and needed a new doctor. We're both extremely happy and very comfortable with Dr Gigi. The girls on the desk were all lovely too. Can't rate the practice highly.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Usually can't get appointments promptly. The centre provides many services. Highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable doctors, ability to have blood tests done at the same place and have many visiting specialists. The place is open, clean and welcoming.

The doctors and nurses are fantastic. My boy's have been patients at Hyde and partners for around 14 yrs now.

Helen is an absolute superstar of a medical receptionist. She went above and beyond to help me with an accounts issue, and I felt really well looked after.

Quick response with a a courteous approach from administration. Met my
dietitian for my care plan for the first time, absolutely brilliant ....Cheers.

As always, excellent service and care. I also noticed a very helpful member of the team assisting an elderly lady all the way in from the door at the car park. It seemed that the staff member was just coming back to the surgery and had met the lady. The help and advice she gave was heart warming to observe.

Have been attending this practice for over 37 years and have been nothing but pleased, great doctors that care for you. All staff are caring and thoughtful. Check in desk is not the greatest anymore, girls answering phones and checking in, would love to see a number system installed, as people come in 2 doors and from doctors rooms
