Australia Post - Mildura BC

I recommend the business centre (BC) post office if you're sending packages. They're more familiar with the rules and pricing for different sizes and shapes, compared to the post shop outlets in Mildura who have casual staff juggling tattslotto and newsagency tasks. This is where your mail ends up; may as well get it right the first time 😄

Awesome service

Whilst in Mildura this past week I attempted to collect a package on behalf of my elderly mother, who is largely immobilised and not able to collect it herself. Although I was in possession of the collection card, had id with the same (only one in Mildura) surname and explained my mothers circumstances, the 'customer service' staff could not conceal their delight in refusing to give the package to me. This is the worst service encounter I had experience for a long time.

Lazy with terrible customer service. Always losing parcels and never even apologising for the inconvenience to their customers.
