KKing's Palace Chinese Restaurant

Only had takeaway but the staff were helpful and fast, although it was only a Wednesday evening they were doing a brisk trade. Food was good local Chinese, nothing off the wall but well cooked and tasty. This restaurant is true to its promise.

Food was great but wait time to be served was a bit much had to ask 3 times for order to be taken and got food over 1.5 hour wait. If not in hurry all good

Had the lunch boxes for around $16.. satay chicken & rice plus blackbean beef with rice.. the food was fresh, delicious, and the home made dim sims were great. Lacked meat n the main dishes but otherwise good.

A great time was had by all. Menu was adequately extensive with the dishes served all had different tastes which can be a challenge in some Chinese dishes in some places. Value good and the atmosphere was comfortable. Would go again to try other dishes.

Nobody seems sure what the extra 'K' is for or exactly how long Kking's Palace has reigned, but it's at least as long as many have lived!
A popular mainstay, Kking's is affordably priced comfort food with a unique atmosphere. "More is more" with the kitschy decor being a remnant of a simpler time; featuring an abundance of lanterns, lions, dragons, cherry blossoms, bamboo, ferns, fans, tassles, art, scrolls, and even a pagoda roof reception and bridged wall-to-wall koi pond through the dining room. Most Chinese restaurants around the country progressively removed this type of decor decades ago and it's become somewhat of a fascinating and nostalgic relic.
Providing meal deals is likely the biggest drawcard, making it one of the busiest and best value restaurants for takeaway dinner gatherings in the region. This popularity does mean that wait times can sometimes blow out and mistakes can happen, but staff are always doing their best to keep up with the high demand; and a little patience can go a long way.

Came here on recommendation from the staff where I'm staying. The atmosphere is relaxed, and it is obviously a favourite of the locals. The staff were obviously busy, but were accommodating and friendly. At first glance of the menu, I thought it was a bit pricey, but once I'd ordered and started to eat, I was pleasantly surprised.

We had the banquet for three and we all thoroughly enjoyed every dish. The portions were of ample size and the quality was amazing. The waitresses were very friendly and nothing was a problem.
The service was very good and there was very little wait for our meals.

My wife and I are on holidays in Mildura and had a wonderful meal here. We enjoyed it. The staff were very pleasant and service was very good. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good food at a reasonable price.

my waiter had the best service I have ever experienced. His charming smile and softly spoken nature was truly remarkable and that is an under-statement. When he was bringing out our drinks he flicked up the tray. they went everywhere and then he re caught them all in the right glasses and didn't spill a drop. He brought out our meals and as he was about to hand the perfectly cooked meals. he did a backflip with the 4 plates still in his hand. He even seasoned the meals mid air to perfection just from intuition on what we liked. I am astonished a god like this even exists. on the way out I had to ask for his name. he looked at me as if he could see through my very soul and it brought me to my knees, he fornamed him self "Remy Baumgurtel"

Best Chinese Restaurant in Mildura. Jackie and staff look after you do well and the food is delicious. We go there every fortnight (sometimes more) and we just enjoy it every time! Libby, Bette, Josie, Dee and Deb!

Great fast service and delicious meal

Came here for the first time as we travelling to Mildura. just came without reservation and the staff were very cool....helpful and off course the foods are great. we like the Seafood combination fried rice....Highly recommended
