I have been coming to Glen Dental Care for nearly 20 years, and it’s been an absolute pleasure seeing the team and the clinic grow and expand over the decades. Very lovely experience at Glen Dental Care. Had many treatments with different dentists there. Did my orthodontics treatment with Dr. Lilian Shi who is professional, caring, responsible, and conscientious as a doctor, and lovely, humourous, and down-to-earth as a person. Dr. Kai is very caring, and professional and pays attention to details. The reception team is always friendly and easy to communicate. It is a clinic where you can have a one-stop service for your teeth, extremely convenient. Highly recommended!

I went to Glen Dental Care since year 2000, recommended by Medibank Private.
I had quite a few dental implants done in this clinic, fantastic work. Glen Dental clinic has has a machine for OPG or CAT scan, I don't have to run around for special X-ray anymore.
As I am aging, I have a gum graft surgery in May this year for some of my lower teeth areas. It went very well.
I just have another gum graft surgery on my left upper molar areas last Tuesday. It went very well, I have stitches removed today.
The clinic is nice and clean. They have quiet and spacious wait areas to sit.
I love to have my dental care in the clinic and don't want to change.

Have been receiving dental care at Glen Dental Care for almost 4 years, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Dr. Shi is an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled dentist. Everytime I visit her, I felt confident that I was in the hands of a true professional. Had a 4 wisdom teeth situation, but Dr. Shi's gentle approach and painless procedures (almost painless, still a little painful😩) made my visit stress-free. The attention to detail and commitment to minimizing discomfort is truly commendable.

Recently I had a complicated tooth that needed extraction. Thanks to Dr Shi, fantastic and skilled, I did not suffer any pain during and after the procedure. That's why I have been going to Glen Dental for some 20 years now.

Excellent service from both reception staff and practice staff. Dr explained all the options available so I could make an informed choice about treatment and know costs involved. There is complete transparency between the clinicians and patients. I had no pain at all during the procedure and was very comfortable throughout. Reception staff genuinely take the time to talk to you and remember you each visit. Will definitely be going back for all my future dental work!

Excellent and efficient wisdom tooth removal by Dr. Lillian Shi. I was reassured throughout the entire process and cannot recommend Glen Dental enough! All staff were extremely respectful and knowledgeable, giving me the confidence to feel calm during and after the procedure. A follow up call the next day to address any of my queries allowed me to feel at ease knowing that I was on track for a speedy recovery.

I booked in an emergency appointment years ago and today, I have been taken care of by the team for about 3-4 yrs.

Came here for my braces. Before, one of my teeth was completely crooked, but thanks to Dr Lilian Shi not only is that crooked one straight now but my other teeth look much more aligned too. Before, I was really anxious about getting braces, but the reception team and Dr Shi were really kind, warm and patient, and made me really feel at home. Compared to other dental clinics I’ve been to, Glen Dental Care is really clean and modern, so the environment was quite nice. (I remember one of the other dental clinics I went to was a bit dirty, and there wasn’t even a bathroom, so I had to walk to the mall toilet…) For my appointment to take off my braces, I got there a bit early and they offered me some water too which was quite nice. I’m just really happy with how my teeth straightening has turned out and I just want to say a massive thank you to the Glen Dental Care Team!

Our family has chosen this place to take care of our dental health for more than ten years. They always provide pertinent professional and caring advices on any treatments which would be possibly needed. They are very thoughtful and responsible to help patients make the suitable decisions or find the better solutions.
For instance, Dr Lilian Shi will regularly monitor the overall development of kids’ dental situations with full patience instead of persuading us to choose some orthodontics treatment with mild effects earlier. Hygienist Winston sometimes would sacrifice his lunchtime/rest time to have extra discussions with patients about any details they need to pay more attention to.

Our family have been attending this dental practice for many years – for yearly check-ups, fillings, orthodontics, wisdom tooth removal and implants. We find all staffs (dental and reception) very friendly and easy to deal with. Also impressed with Drs Lilian Shi, Kai and Winston Zhang (Hygienist) who have been very professional, efficient and caring.
My husband had an emergency on Saturday with very bad tooth-ache due to infected gums. Rang the clinic 2 hours after their closing time and was pleasantly surprised when Chantelle answered! Spoke to Dr Lilian and she was so accommodating, requesting him to go in immediately. Ended up spending nearly 2 hours for anaesthetic to take effect so that the loose tooth on a badly infected gums can be extracted. Dr Lilian was very patient, friendly and professional throughout the whole ordeal – putting him at ease at all times.

Wonderful caring staff. Dr Shi is a very gentle dentist and extremely well versed and experienced dentist. Her orthodontic expertise and treatment has given me so much confidence. I’ve also been seeing Dental Hygienist Winston for quite some time for my biannual check ups and I can say with confidence that all the staff at this practice are caring, kind and attentive. The practice is immaculately clean and a calm environment. I never hesitate to recommend Glen Dental to all my family and friends.
