Haven't had a whole lot to do with this bank itself but I know their atm machines are regularly out of order and their cash exchange machine only works occasionally. Hasn't worked the last 3 times I've been in.
I only use them for the business card for my job. We also went in one time to get a second card, For work purposes. We had stained work clothes on, to be fair, did not feel welcomed at all.

seemed to never have an issue with cba in warrnambool. they've always been helpful and friendly, up until yesterday when i went in to ask someone if they could help me track a lost refund from an old card i no longer have and she told me, politely, that there was nothing they could do, reference numbers mean nothing to them, and to contact the place of where the refund was coming from. i contacted cba through my app, although it took me almost a full day to get a response. the person online told me that all is good and even though the card is expired i will still get my refund, it’ll just take longer to process. so the lady that i spoke to in person, lied right to my face and didn't even bother to try and help and/or sit me down with someone to explain it to me. very unprofessional and rude.

I approached Zack with a simple question about the expected wait times for the service I was seeking. To my surprise, his response was far from what I would consider courteous or helpful. He responded with a dismissive, "you'll just have to wait," which I found quite rude and unprofessional.

Dismayed by Zack's initial response, I decided to escalate the matter by asking to speak to his manager, as I believed this was a reasonable course of action given the situation. To my astonishment, Zack responded with a rather audacious "no." I was taken aback by his refusal to allow me to speak to a manager. In my experience as a customer, I have never encountered such a response from an employee when requesting to speak to a manager. It's quite concerning that Zack was unwilling to provide access to a higher authority or address my concerns in a more appropriate manner.

It's essential for businesses to employ individuals who can handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Zack's behavior in this instance was far from what I expected, and I hope that the management of the establishment takes appropriate steps to address such issues to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

Inconvenient opening hours. Assistance in the branch is not great. The wait times for the main telephone line are terrible. It can take several hours of waiting on hold before you get to speak with someone. Internet banking can be frustrating due to lack of basic functionality around transaction records/statements.
