KFC Heidelberg

Unlike many other KFC's in the area, Heidelberg is always stunningly quick. The food is also very good too. The service is friendly too. The staff are always happy to accommodate my requests.

The restaurant is usually pretty clean too.

The one let down is very limited parking for 6 or so cars, and that's it.

Regular here, I've found they consistently outperform the Doncaster store which I've stopped going to.
The Heidelberg store has never messed up any of our sometimes large orders, the food is always fresh and hot and the service is rapid.
Kudos to everyone involved in consistently high standards over the last few years!

They gave me one chicken wings only(20%), the other stores give me 3 or 4 pcs wings ( 50%)

My experience with KFC is amazing and wonderful,the food is really nice and there boxed meals are too good,but some of them are really expensive but anyway its a good one and the inside of shop really awful and enjoyable,people come in a group can be abest spot for food.I have no more words...Just love this place and I dont care Coz I love it🤤😘

Always great for a quick bite on the way home if you’ve got the munchies! Service is really quick!

Food is the best so far in Melbourne east suburbs. 10 times better than Doncaster.

Out of the fast food expectations these days this kfc gets the orders right 9 times out of 10 and the food is usually fresh. So in my opinion 10 out of 10 compared to some of the others. Would recommend.

Nicest KFC in the East. Lovely staff and facilities. Excellent location with plenty of parking. Food was hot and fresh and is consistently so.

Wow - we haven’t tasted as good a KFC meal for years. Not only was the chicken cooked to perfection and chips hot, crunchy and well seasoned but the quality was far better than any KFCs we have recently tried.
Well done team! We hope this isn’t a one off as we’ll be frequenting KFC Heidelberg as our go to.

Lachlan was very kind and helped us decide what we want! Food is like every kfc good to see the big wings back. I still dream of the 10 wings for $10!!!

Tried to order a pickup online, unfortunately the website didn't work correctly. Went in store to order a large meal (guests coming over), and the store was very understanding. They said there would be a 10minute wait, but offered a drink as a good will gesture. (Obviously, the website is out of their hands)
